“An absolutely wonderful experience, I couldn't have asked for more. I've lived here my whole life and I've never been until today, and I regret not going sooner! The food was delicious, the cheeseburgers are hot and the veggies are fresh. The side of potato chips and a pickle spear is a very refreshing change compared to French fries. The all-star was obviously the frozen yogurt though, and it's probably the reason they're so well known. It was so good! Perfectly smooth and creamy, and they had so many toppings to choose from. The owners are wonderful people and genuinely so wholesome. Stop by some time and grab the Tuesday special and a good conversation!“

“We’ve been in before, but it’s been years. I don’t know why we wait so long before coming in again. We are always greeted with the nicest staff and the best food/milkshakes! My sister and I went in today and shared the daily deal. It was enough food for both of us to split, they even put it on separate plates and cut the burger for us! The food was incredible, flavorful and my favorite? Not greasy!! Yes there is grease to a point since it’s a burger and fries, but there isn’t grease dripping down my fingers when I take a bite and making me feel sick. I genuinely feel good after eating their food. It’s a friendly environment, I like the old time feel. Definitely recommend and will be back. Ooh they also donated ice cream to the deaconess NICU reunion 💙“

Thank you for solving this well and quickly. " was ripped off 15.00 and then made to stand aside while other customers were given preference and our yogurt melted. Last time I came here the gentleman spent a lot of time explaining how to use the app and load money ahead of time. etc. today I was all prepared. I loaded money on the app before I got here and then was told to just hold my phone by the card reader. I did and it took money off my credit card and left the money on the app. the worker said she could not get my money off the app. it's simply stuck or lost. so our two moderate sized bowls of yogurt cost $30.19 I feel frustrated and ripped off."“

“I have been a regular at the North Spokane Cold Stone for several years now, and the experience is consistently awesome!! What truly sets this location apart isn't just the amazing ice cream, but their incredible team.
The employees are exceptionally outgoing, upbeat, and friendly and always ask how my day is going. It’s clear that this starts at the top; watching the manager, Shaelin, in action is such a pleasure, as nowadays, sadly, that doesn’t seem to be the norm. She is clearly skilled at her job, and takes it seriously. The most important thing to her is that her customers love the ice cream creation that the staff has made. I know that she often goes above and beyond to foster such a fantastic environment for her staff & customers.
Over the years, I’ve met many team members, such as Wyatt & Leneia, who know my custom creation, and I always enjoy chatting with them. Shaelin has got it down perfectly, and will even make it ahead of time for me!
