“We found ourselves in Hood River and looking for a place we could enjoy some local ciders. Crush Cider Café was it! The service was friendly and welcoming, the selection of ciders was large with something for everyone's tastes, and everything we sampled was delicious. We ended up leaving with a 6-pack of ciders canned on site with our favorites. Their tacos were phenomenal, and the warm house made corn tortillas were fantastic. We dined outside and the patio was cozy. Definitely make this a stop when you are in Hood River if you are looking to try a wide variety of ciders and enjoy delicious food!“

“I love this place. It’s perfect for a Sunday drive. We love all the wines here we especially love the fact that they give us all the tastings at one time. So many times at other wineries, we were left waiting and waiting for the servers that were too busy to come back and refill and I really appreciate the fact that you bring all the taste at one time! The servers are top notch as well !!! Our favorite winery in the gorge !!“
“Pub/brewery/tasting room/ whatever you want to call it can be Disney commercial esque. NOT here! Wow. So good. Delightful. Thoughtful options. Tells one that they actually care. Mac and Cheese easily elevates to my top five on earth. Aioli was dynamite. Had to order an extra to slip the fries. Cabbage was simple elegance. Beer salad was the only disappointment. Greens, a few beets and and an orange or two to disguise the overabundance of lettuce. So impressed. Perfection doesn’t exist. But this was better than expected and exceeded expectations.“

“We were on our way home to LaGrande. Not sure if it was worth a ten mile trip off of 84 for a dinner stop. It is fabulous and now I wish I lived so much closer. Will definitely make the trip again!“

“Arrived about lunch time; seated promptly, water and menus were brought promptly, ordered and food came less than a half hour after being seated. Food was incredible, sesame crusted tuna was one of the best meals my wife ever had, the seared tuna was perfect, my fish and chips were also excellent; well cooked and moist.“

“We hosted a Welcome party for our daughter’s wedding on the patio in August! This restaurant was AMAZING! The atmosphere, service and food was Incredible! The manager did a good job communicating with us and making sure our evening went perfect! A Huge Shout Out to the manager and staff at Hood River Taqueria!!! Thank You So Much!“

I have added this venue to our VIP Venue list for 2024+2025 which grants their clients a $200 discount on all wedding planning packages simply because we can't wait to work at this venue again!“

“First time at this restaurant! Had lunch and selected the Drunken Noodles with Shrimp. I was given a choice of hot/spicy from 1-5. I chose 2 and it was plenty spicy for me. The flavor was amazing and there was plenty of shrimp. I look forward to going there again in the future to try some of the amazing soup other patrons had.“

“We stayed at the hotel for a few days, and enjoyed quite a few menu items from this cafe over the time there.
The staff was friendly and thorough, the food was delicious and we loved the baked goods. It was really convenient to enjoy this spot right on site.“
