“Everyone loves their karaage chicken...huge servings! They also have the best Tom Kha...the flavor is spot on! Pad See Ew, drunken noodles, etc are all wonderful. Portions are large & prices are reasonable. But, biggest reason I keep returning is their terrific staff...just the nicest people!“

“Staying at the La Quinta and looking for dinner options, I found Koong Thong Thai restaurant a couple blocks from the hotel. Ordered Pad Woon Sen with squid and got the wife Basil Chicken. Both were terrific and generously portioned. Spoke with the owner while waiting and he recommended a place in Boston called Kowloon that had 1000 seats. I told him next time I'm in Boston that I would check it out. He has been at the Auburn Avenue South location for 30 years with only Sundays off. You want good Thai food? Go here.“

“A popular and busy restaurant/tiki bar. My last supper before flying back. My hosts were kind and attentive to spend our last moments in delicious quality time. But I wasn't hungry! So I had the fried bananas with mango ice cream. What a treat for three! A massive crunchy sweet soft battered bananas and mounds of ice cream. My hosts enjoyed as well. Love this place!“

“First time here, just visiting. The food was great! I love their Simply Wings, and Pad Kee Maw noodles with shrimp. My husband loves his Holy Thai Basil and spring rolls. The portion is right and satisfies your hunger after an all -day activities in Seattle. It was late in the evening, they were so busy. They didn't have time to check their bathrooms ( at least the women's). Some women looked like they had toilet paper fight in there. Toilet paper every where.
We will definitely come back next time we visit the mall.“

“got the Pad Keep Mao and Fried Prawn appetizer. For the noodles, I got 4 out of 5 stars and they offered spice trays if you need it even spicier. My friend ordered off the lunch menu which features a select set of entrees paired with rice or pad Thai. nice big menu, I liked that they had pad thai in two variations tamarin and red version“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Don’t listen to anyone that has rated this place below 4 stars.
This is hands down the best Thai restaurant I’ve ever been to!! and I’ve been to many of them. The flavors are incredible—you can taste every spice and seasoning in every bite. The spicy noodles, Pad Thai, and garlic chicken were all absolutely delicious, fragrant, and perfectly balanced. The food is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. If you love authentic Thai cuisine, this place is a must-try! Highly recommend! 10/10“

“I'm at the hotel across the street. I was originally going to walk over to the mall area and the Olive Garden, but I saw the sign for teriyaki and thought it would be good to support a small business.
I walked in through the mini mart. The man behind the counter asked if I was looking for teriyaki after I looked a little lost. He pointed me to the other side of the shop and met me over there.
I wish I'd thought to ask his name. He was very nice and personable. I told him I'd be in town for a couple days and was looking for a good spot. I asked what's good on the menu. He pointed out a few things, but I settled on the spicy orange chicken.
When I checked out, I thought it might be a tad pricey, but I also recognize the importance of helping a small business. While I waited for my order, I went back to the mini mart side and got a ginger ale and some gum. The same gentleman rang me up there.
Then, back next door, I looked at my phone for a minute or two, and he came back to thank me for my patience. While thoughtful, I was not put out at all, I had only placed the order a few minutes before, and it really didn't seem like much of a wait.
My food came out in short order, he bagged it up and put all the things I'd need (utensils, napkins, soy sauce) inside before I asked. He left me with a smile, and I walked across the street to my hotel to eat.
Bringing it up to my room, I saw that it was a lot of food. Honestly, I SHOULD have only eaten half and saved the rest for the next day. But I didn't.
The orange chicken was perfect. Just delicious. The rice was just right. Honestly, I can't think of a thing that would make it better.
Highly recommend for both the food and the service.“

“We lived in Laos for 7 years and love Lao food. This is by far the most authentic tasting Lao food that we have found. We especially like their nem khao, Lao style sausages, and their jeow mak lin is the only real-tasting Lao tomato salsa that I have ever found outside of Laos or my wife's kitchen. They have done amazing job with their flavors and indoor casual atmosphere (feels very modern Vientiane chic). They seem to have a hard time keeping their khao piak noodles on hand so if you really your khao piak fix, be sure to call ahead. I have now been to Sweet Rice 5 times and they have never had the khao piak noodles. If you want really good Lao food and can't get over there, you can get your fix at Sweet Rice!“

“Food was not good as their store in Covington,.. but PLEASE NOTE..It's still 5 stars. The spicy scale is a bit off. I ordered 4 out of 5. I got what I felt was Zero Stars. They do (if you ask, give you condiments that are both spicy and flavourful. I will be coming back as I think this is a newer restaurant (at least I have not noticed it before tonight, and it's next to Fred Meyer where I shop) and they deserve a chance to break in the building and staff.I did have a wonderful time.“

“My favorite Lao/Thai restaurant. They’re so generous with the side of fresh vegetables and portions too. Food is packed with flavor and the spice I’ve been craving. The people there are so friendly and I was also a fan of their restaurant Blazing Bowl in Redmond so it’s no surprise that their food is delicious. Good place to go if you actually want spicy food or just authentic Lao cuisine in general. Their papaya salad, phad see ew, Nam khao are good if you’re not sure what to get. I’ll be back to try their noodle soups. The restaurant is very cozy and they’re very fast with pick up as well. Be sure to check them out!“

“I stumbled upon this hidden gem by chance, and now I keep coming back! The service is always exceptional, and the food is consistently amazing. Their fresh shrimp salad rolls are my absolute favorite—I’ve tried them at many places, but none compare to theirs!“

“10/10 restaurant experience.
The duck scraps had a rich, bitter flavor—in the best way possible. The yellow curry was packed with flavor, and the Lao sausage was absolutely delicious. The mango sticky rice was the perfect finish—sweet, creamy, and refreshing. The owner was incredibly kind. We arrived around 7:11 PM, close to closing time, but he still welcomed our family and let us enjoy our meal. Even as more people came in for the 99-cent chicken wings, thinking the place was still open, he welcomed them with a smile. Hands down, one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had.“

“Benjarong is delicious and welcoming on all accounts. The hostess/server welcomed us to sit anywhere (we were in for dinner on a weekday, very chill inside) and immediately served us some water and we ordered Thai teas. Apps and entrees came out pretty quick and satiated us both.
Highly recommend spring rolls, the spicy garden dish, and pair with Pad Thai of course. Go for spicy! Though curry is always tempting.
Vegetarian options: A lot of Thai dishes are can be made vegetarian, and most can be vegan as well.“
