Decided to stop here in the morning for a coffee on the way to the dog park. after 15min of waiting and being the only outdoor patron and with few inside. We asked how much longer and we're met with bad attitudes and sassy remarks of "were busy".
Not wanting the drink any further due to the poor service, asked for a refund and were refused, persisted and told them we don't want the drink any further and to issue a refund. Was told they don't know how to do that and can't,...read full review
