“Military Friendly, excellent customer service and fast! Absolute BEST PIZZA i've ever enjoyed.

The Large sized pizza is smaller than what i'm used to, however it is 110% worth the wait and flavor packed. The crust is a symphony of smokiness, chewy and crisp...as it should be. Enjoy one, you won't regret it! ☺️“

“Customer service is definitely not a priority at the Snoqualmie location. The food is fine but we had an unfortunate experience with the service on a take order a few weeks ago. We ordered online and received a confirmation email with an estimated pick up time. When I arrived, at the time indicated on the order email, the employee at the counter couldn't find our order. Another employee, presumably a manager came and looked and told me they failed to acknowledge our order and hadn't started making it yet. I ended up waiting another 25 minutes after arriving at the store. I understand that things happen and wouldn't have been bothered by it, except that the employees didn't even apologize. Since the error was on their end, it wouldn't gone so much farther if they had apologized for the delay. They couldn't have cared less about the inconvenience and it made for a really strange experience. I followed up with an email to the contact address on their website to let them know about the experience and never heard back. I'm really surprised at their lack of customer service and especially the lack of response after reaching out.“

“I can’t begin to start with my love for mod pizza. When this restaurant came to the enumclaw area, I was ecstatic! My favorite pizza spot within a 5 minute drive!

The service is great, I’m always greeted with a smile and fast pizza! Whether eating in or taking home I can be assured the pizza with be warm and crisp!

“I haven’t had dominos in years but my sister insisted to try it again and her kids love it. They don’t deliver to where I live so I ordered a pick up online. Immediately after placing I realized I messed it up so I called. The girl over the phone fixed it right away. She was also the one who brought my pizza out and was so kind and delivered my food with a smile ensuring it was correct. Thank you, great customer service!“

“Recently went on a motorcycle ride and stopped in to the city hall saloon. The outdoor eating area had a spooky but cool theme of old bikes with mannequins on them. The drinks were good. We had margaritas. Surprisingly... the tuna melt was the best I've ever had. The staff were super friendly. The regulars were very welcoming! Cool place and different experience!“

“I’ve been coming here weekly now for a little over a month. I’ve tried pepperoni pizza, chicken bacon ranch pizza, Caesar salad with chicken, garlic knots, cinnamon sticks and the chicken alfredo. I’m usually a picky eater and I’m not lying when I say everything here I’ve tried I’ve loved. They can get pretty busy around dinner time. I usually go in and place my order to go. I’ve once had to wait over an hour (usually 30). With that being said, I’d wait that long again because of how much I enjoy the food. You can tell it’s made fresh. I’m so grateful I discovered this amazing spot. The owners and staff seem like great people. I will continue to come (probably weekly) and I will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends. Thank you Black Diamond Sahara Pizza! P.S.
