Ubuntu Meat Bar & Safari Spice Grill is an absolute hidden gem with outstanding food. The seasoned and grilled meats, like the Pichana, do not require any sauce. Dishes such as the Peri Peri Chicken Thighs, Samosa, Parotta Madurai, Chettinad Chicken Curry, Ox Tails stew, and South African Yellow Rice are all delicious and well-seasoned, often spicy. The Steak and Chicken come with excellent dipping sauces. Meals are served with sides like greens, spicy chimichurri, and grilled pineapple. The service is the best and incredibly helpful, with a super friendly and knowledgeable owner who makes guests feel at home. It is a fantastic, must-try restaurant that receives the highest recommendation.
