“We order often because the food is incredible! This time we ordered through Uber Eats. We had our daughter, her husband and our grandbabe over. We ordered five meals and the uber driver came with only two. Uber wouldn’t make it right so we called the restaurant and explained. The manager came on the phone and said give me a few minutes to make you fresh fries and I will deliver it to you myself. And he did!!! In the pouring rain on a Saturday night. He hand delivered our missing order with fresh fries (and an extra order of fries). Met him at the door, amazing guy. Went above and beyond and I could tell he did it for the love of his job alone. This is what makes our city, and our country the best place in the world to be. Thank you. We appreciate you! And the food was as delicious as ever!!!“

“Very central and easy to get in and out of location. Seated right away, for lunch, and the server was very attentive. I ordered the blacken chicken Cesar Salad. Chicken was amazing, the salad part looked more like the side salad than a meal. A little disappointed but over all not bad.“

“Been watching Brgr Brgr on social media since they opened and I’ve been Jonesing to try their burgers ever since because they looked delicious but the glitch being that I live in Langley so it’s a bit of drive to either their Abby or Chilliwack location to check the burgers out. As it happened, yesterday my daughter and I were out that way and I said let go check out Brgr Brgr in Chilliwack and I’m oh so glad very we did! We both ordered the “All Beef Burger” (with the addition of sautéed onions) and it would be sheer understatement to say they did not disappoint. In all honesty, hands down and without any doubt whatsoever, it was the very best hamburger I have ever eaten!!! The brisket/chuck patty from Lepp Farm was absolutely mouthwatering, so very tasty and juicy and the bun in which it was enclosed was superb in that it was soft, tender and delicious. Rest assured whenever we’re close to either location in the future we’ll be back and I highly suspect we’ll simply “find excuses” to take the drive just go back for more of these incredible burgers. I want to also make mention that our server (sorry, I didn’t get her name) was delightful and a pleasure. Thank you, Brgr Brgr, you totally rock and we’ll be spreading the good word about you at every opportunity!“

“Good food, great service but TAP Water??? Please, I am sure with the upscale pricing, you could afford putting a filter on the tap you are getting your table water from. I have a swimming pool, so I don't need all that chlorine in my drinking water 🙃“

“I've always enjoyed Bobs and try to support them as much as we can during the floods and them re opening. Always good to support local. They have definitely seen to up there burger game and definitely fill up on them. Good beer on tap and as long as mac and Jack's on tap is there I'll be coming in 😂.“

“Dutch treat is by far the best place to eat in town. Most far price. The people are decent and friendly people. We eat there at least 3 times a week. For the last about 10 years.“

“The Supervisor (Parneet) and Cashier were super friendly and answered all of our questions. They even suggested great places to see and visit in the surrounding area. The seating area, tables, chairs, and bathroom was super clean and well taken care of. They were even kind enough to tell us the history of Triple O’s which was lovely to hear. “We had a couple bacon and cheese doubles. Not too bad but not quite as fresh as we’ve had at other DQ. Staff was really nice and friendly. Took a while for the food to come out - not sure why given it wasn’t busy. Restaurant was clean. All in all had a nice lunch though.“

“I had to leave a review after our experience tonight. My daughter and I are probably one of the most indecisive customers you could ever meet, and Hafeez was beyond patient with us. He took the time to answer our questions, offer us suggestions and never made us feel rushed.

His customer service was exceptional and made the whole experience. Hafeez has an amazing personality and made us feel welcomed the moment we walked in. He is the kind of employee that leaves a lasting impression and is a huge asset to the restaurant.

On top of that the food came out hot and fresh and incredibly fast. The cook had our order ready in what felt like no time at all and it was absolutely delicious.

I have worked in the restaurant industry for over fifteen years and the teamwork between Hafeez and the cook (Angel) was one of the best examples of efficiency and customer service I have ever seen. They worked and communicated together and still make customers feel valued at the same time.

It’s rare these days to find customer service that truly exceed expectations, but that exactly what happened tonight. Amazing food, great customer service and an overall positive experience. We will definitely be back and Hafeez truly deserves recognition for the way he goes above and beyond in his job.“
