“I have missed Somali food since I moved from Seattle. This place has wonderful tasting food. The sambusa is on point. Wonderful flavor a little kick to it but not too much.
The gentleman taking the orders is very friendly and personable.
We tried this spot about 2 months ago
and have been there about 5 times now.

“I have been to this restaurant a couple of times. The food is so delicious. It’s always hot, and fresh. The first time I had the the okra stew and fufu. I went back yesterday and had the Egusi soup and fufu. It’s so flavorful. I really enjoyed eating it. I will definitely be back…

“This place is a gem among basic airport options. We had two orders of the signature beef patties and both order were incredible, so flavorful and cooked to perfection! We also had the chowder which is too notch. Add locally sourced beers, spirits and ingredients along with phenomenal service from Rocio and this was one of the most memorable airport meals we've ever had.“

“The food was good. I ordered spinach, beef, and porridge mixed with beans. I really loved the porridge and the spinach — both were excellent. The beef was just okay, but I understand the kitchen was probably about to close. Service was good and friendly, and the atmosphere feels safe. As an Alaska businessman, I think the place could use some remodeling, but overall it was a solid experience and I’d come back for the food.“
