Under new ownership now, so you lose all the points you earned from the last owners, the female staff could use some training on customer service, their energy is just not there. For a cafe, it's pretty nice, I like the space but it's also pretty expensive.
Could be a 4 or 5 stars if staff was trained better on making the environment more welcoming.

We ordered caramel latte and mocha, both the coffees were extremely delicious, however the creme brulee honeybread was disappointing and dry, I would definitely come back for the drinks here!
I love this spot! The portions are sizeable and there is always seating! I ask for a recommendation every time and always get something good!

Cafe Spot is a cute and bright cafe with plenty of seating, making it a great place for studying. The atmosphere is lovely, and the food and drinks receive high praise, especially the crème brûlée honey toast, which is a standout item. While the lattes may taste watered down, the cream is very good. The Mango Yogurt drink is also enjoyable. However, the bathroom cleanliness needs improvement. Overall, it offers a nice experience with friendly service.
