This place reminds me of what "health food" stores were like in the 90s. Staff are very helpful and share a kind of philosophical positivity that comes from a less pressured time. I also find items that I don't find in PCC or Central Coop in Seattle. I would shop
more often if I lived nearby.
I love this store. The people are friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. They have a great variety and sales on a lot of the essentials. Love the spice, herbs, tea and bulk foods available. Don't see what you need? Have them order it in for you. It takes a week or so and they will call you as soon as it's in. Highly recommend.

Upstairs is a deli with natural and tasty choices, such as sandwiches, salads, soups of the day, a great salad bar, smoothies, coffee, espresso, and many kinds of unique beverages. The store has a lovely natural and organic selection, with healthy bulk items that are non-toxic and organic. It is a place where customers explore and choose the best option among many good ones for health. The environment is nice, quiet, and calm, with two floors. Employees are always very pleasant, helpful, and offer excellent customer service. The best key lime pie around is also available.
