This restaurant cooks very good food and their menus are wonderful, but their customer service is the worst I ever dealt with in my life.. The manager is so disrespectful. He yelled at me one time because I asked how long it will take. The other crew members tend to ignore you when you need help. The service is very slow. They are just very rude.
This location continues to go down hill! Today was the worst ever! showed up at 11:40 in the drive through, left at 12:10! Yes that's right! A HALF A FUC**** HOUR in the drive through! There were people behind me so I couldn't back up and leave or I would have! When we FINALLY got to the order screen the girl said "I'll be with you in a minute" What she should have said is I'll be with you in 10-15 minutes because that is SERIOUSLY how long it took her to come back on the intercom...read full review
Our little family made a mobile order last night (Sunday 8/15) for pickup inside the restaurant. Arrived shortly after I made the order, went inside and then waited 45 mins to get my order. There was 7 employees total in the restaurant. However only two of them working.
