Considering it wasn’t busy on a Sunday, especially during Mother’s Day, and there were enough employees/baristas, not sure why it took longer than the norm. My drink was not called out. There were other customers ahead of me who’s drink also took longer than expected. The drive through was not that busy either. I’m going to guess new barista.
