“10:22 pm on a Monday and the gal Sam (possibly Samantha) taking orders via the drive through and payments was like the perfect example of someone who’s awesome at anything customer service related. For this late at night i was impressed, she was super chipper, friendly and didn’t make me feel bad for asking questions like a lot of other customer service people do at other businesses. She did a great job and put a smile on my face! Also, the royal cheesecake blizzard with the strawberry filling was a 10/10! Great job guys!“

“I'm not a huge Taco Bell fan, but our drive-thru service was so good, I had to post a review! The order taker paid attention to what we said (the husband didn't have to repeat himself which drives him nuts) and was very professional, in a sweet way. Everything was hot and quickly prepared. Best drive-thru service I've had in a while! Great job Ferndale Taco Bell!!“

“Jack is one of my favorite fast food places. Staff were great and lunch was absolutely excellent. Never post food pictures, because advertising pics never look similar to reality, but shocked my picture was close. Would definitely have the Bacon Ultimate Cheese Burger again. Based on this restaurant visit experience, food cost, food quality, the staff, the atmosphere, clean washroom, clean dine in area, clearly 5 stars. Rating is comparing similar businesses, and Jack is one of the BEST.

“Recently visited Five Guys, The highlight of my meal was definitely the fries—crisp, golden, and perfectly seasoned. They were easily the best fries I've had in a long time. The burgers were delicious too, with fresh ingredients and a satisfying variety of toppings. The casual atmosphere and friendly service made the visit even better.“

Today my wife got us lunch here and brought it home. My order was supposed to be 2 beef crisp burritos, instead, I got 1 chicken and 1 beef.
Not cool guys. At $17 an hr you need to do better.

“Of every trip to america we do, this is the highlight. I've tried so many foods and restaurants down here and the classic veggie burrito is my number one food choice in the area. There is really nothing like it. It's simple, yet delicious and has seeds??!?! It's the best and I wish we had it in Canada.“

“I ordered the fish soft taco twice this week because it was so good! Crispy fish, fresh vegetables, and the perfect amount of sauce. I wish they would go back to their old hot sauce method. I prefer the roulette of “is it going to be hot or not?” The prepackaged sauce just doesn’t have the same flavor profile. I understand the reason for the change, but I don’t have to like it 🤣“
