“This was hands down the GREATEST gay bar I’ve been to in the PNW. If you’re from Portland, you’ll feel right at home in this cowboy themed bar. Everyone wears the same kind of outfits, so it’s easy to fit in. Grab some Carharts, slip on some Romeos, and git yerself a cowboy hat, you will fit in and you just might have the night I had. The night of my life. Either way you’ll fit right in“

“Updated 4/28/24: Kevin yet again was the ultimate host. This evening we enjoyed the GF wings (meaty & tender), the Bacon Wrapped Sweet Pickles ? (purchased a jar of the ? this go round), and the Smoked Turkey Sandwich (the sandwich could have used some “punch” to it, maybe some pickled red onions, toasted Avenue Bread Rosemary Sourdough & maybe a nice pesto spread, it was just a bit bland even with the BBQ sauce on the side. Otherwise our dinner was once again outstanding! Initial Review: BEYOND IMPRESSED! Between Kevin’s attention to detail behind the bar & the REALLY GOOD food made fresh in the back, Extreme’s is the REAL DEAL! I didn’t expect much initially but my impression changed immediately upon entering and meeting Kevin. Service was top notch, and it was in lock-step with the delicious food from the Chefs in the kitchen. From the Bacon Wrapped Sweet Pickles to the Mac Daddy Burger with Shoestring Fries, it really doesn’t get much better than this. The burger was moist and perfectly cooked, the fries are the best in town, the blend of the bacon/pickle/honey mustard appy was perfection! So pleasantly surprised so I am already planning a return visit! Thank you once again Kevin for taking such good care of me. (Oh, and $5.25 for a seriously “decent” glass of Chardonnay, and that’s NOT HH pricing, what more can I say?)Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcomed within the restaurant portion of the space. A great place to watch sports, eat amazing food, have great service, and have fun!“

“Fantastic place. Restaurant is wheelchair friendly (bathrooms are not). Food is amazing, service is friendly, prices are decent and drinks are great! Highly recommended. Bonus: Friday's is $6 dollar burger plus fries/JoJo or coleslaw day and pull tabs that you throw on the floor for a bit of extra added fun!“

“This is an old school poker room with a bar and small restaurant attached. Nothing fancy but definitely a local hang out and a great staff. The bar has good selection of drinks and you can play Pull Tabs. Multiple TV's to watch NFL Sunday ticket and watch all the games. We go on Sunday mornings to watch football and have breakfast. OK to take kids if you stay in the restaurant area.“

“First time here a couple weeks back food was good, service could have been better but being a server myself I seen how busy it was on this Tuesday and the girl whom I which I remembered her name, was given a pretty large section to serve, will be back for the lime chicken special for two.“
