Just received my first order of halibut and salmon filets today., 6 - 6 oz. of each. These pacakages have “no” explanation date. I have never had this with food or meat or especially fish. Also, it says they are located in Medford, OR but packaging references Bellingham, WA and then I find out they are owned by 1-800-flowers. So deceptive. I called customer service (in the Philippines) and they can’t even tell me the expiration date. Unbelievable.
I placed an order mid December it arrived defrosted with empty dry ice bags, just two small gel packs that obviously didn’t keep the 409 dollar order frozen. First time I called customer service I got someone in another country that I could barely understand, send an email, forwarded 3 times till finally got reassured that a replacement order would be arriving on 12/23.
