“Great Sandwiches and Pizza.
Late night there might be a line. But stay in line that goes quickly. Food is good service actually is also good. The pizza is hot and made to order so are the sandwiches. It's like going to Subway. There is lots of meat on the sandwiches. And the deals are pretty darn good.“

“I love coming here when my work send me to Seattle a couple times a week. I like to stop in the morning and get a hot cup of coffee from Manuela or Heidi cuz they are working most days around that time. I stop back in and let traffic die down and get great service from Jewel or Michelle too. The food is always hot and fresh and the coffee is hot and yummy. Better than Starbucks cuz I don't like it so bitter. They have a great parking lot. You can always watch the idiots in traffic inching along or listen to the crackheads trying to get a free meal. They are super busy with Doordash orders. I saw the same guy come in 3 different times to pick up orders in the hour I was there. They must be delivering to the motels around that area to other crackheads because every time they came in it included a few shakes and desserts. (Meth heads LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE cannot resist, crave, LOVE LOVE sweet stuff. Like pot heads get the munchies, meth heads will eat raw sugar by the spoonful.) I digress.“

“My friend & I were looking for a restaurant to eat dinner after a community event. We drove past Cooks Tavern and I said: “Let’s drive around the block & eat at Cooks Tavern”. We had a great dinner with a server who was kind, attentive & professional. I loved my dinner and look forward to eating here again soon!“

“Black Bear Diner in Lakewood catered for my husband‘s retirement party on Saturday, at McChord Air Force Base, and they did an amazing job! Stacey was fantastic and helped me every step of the way! We ordered their pot roast and mashed potatoes dinner for our 45 guests and it tasted amazing! All our guests loved it! ♥️“

“I can’t say enough nice thing about this place to describe how amazing it is. Felt like home upon walking in. Staff was so good, attentive, friendly, and sweet. Food was so good. Wanted to try everything. Good vibes. Definitely coming back to try some lunch. Also adopting “Tie-dye Tuesday”.“
