“Food is always awesome at this location and I will actually go out of my way to go to this specific location. Tonight my order was a bit incorrect and I called just to clarify if the item had permanently changed. Mahogany answered and wax absolutely amazing and helpful in investigating and explaining and even offering a replacement. So nice to talk to a human in general and Mahogany has excellent customer service skills.“

“love the mala hot! if you like spicy chicken this is one of the greatest hidden gems of Federal Way. a bit pricey at regular price, but they are always running specials. Definitely my go-to place for spicy chicken anywhere between Seattle and Tacoma.“

“I stopped in the Bellevue location yesterday. I had the best dining experience ever from a chicken restaurant. The food was delicious, as always, but the service was outstanding. I even left a tip.“

“First time I tried the fried chicken (had the sandwich before), chicken was very juicy, nice crispy batter, got the spicy version and could have done with more heat, it was present but more in the aftertaste.
My wife got a side of the spaghetti and really liked it, I found the sweetness odd, not bad but it seemed to lean towards a BBQ flavor to me. I will have to try it again, my biscuit was very buttery, the gravy had a great flavor though it was a bit thin.
Hopefully we get one closer to Vancouver to more easily try it again.“

“I had accidentally placed an order at a different location, and the man who took my order agreed to let me have my order here he accommodated me and took care of my problem no questions asked. This location is great I've never had a problem with it and I will continue to go probably to this location exclusively from now on.“

“I got my food before I even finished paying for it! The sandwich was very tasty as well as my famous bowl. My bbq wings were very fresh and the bbq sauce is absolutely amazing very savory. They were all very respectful at the front 10/10 service. Dining room was very clean as well. 10/10 overall will definitely be coming back!“

“This is the best kfc ive ever been too and the customer service is really amazing the workers are so funny and kind and make the best food it you are buying in restaurant ask the workers for their name and if you see D say hi shes the best worker ever and is so funny!“

“The location in Fircrest WA is the ultimate best one ever. Everyone is so nice and professional. There is one person that is over the top the best. Her name is Lenora. She remembers us every time we visit. She is genuinely the nicest person ever. We will now only visit the Fircrest location because of her.“
