The one thing McDonald's does that really aggravates me is charging for ranch or a special sauce, as if their burgers weren't expensive enough.“

“We come through and stop here every time me and my husband and I make the drive to Boise and we always get wonderful service and delicious drinks. I’m stunned because we come maybe 3-4 times a year and the barista Bailey somehow remembers us every time. It feels good to be recognized and she is always the sweetest.
