Starbucks in Issaquah

“Used to come here all the time but the vibe has shifted. Everyone used to seem so happy, but last I went in there they were all getting barked at by an older woman who I’m assuming was their manager. But from what I saw the only thing she managed to do was stress out and confuse her employees. Starbucks has been going through lots of changes as of recently and none have seemed to be for the better. Only giving a high rating for the standout baristas who have always given me a great experience. But what I saw literally scared me for them.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks I have ever been too. I have been coming here to study since high school and it has consistently been my favorite study spot. That’s because it doesn't just feel like a typical Starbucks but a community gathering place. The large and inviting atmosphere makes it a popular place for meetings, dates, and studying. The staff are always so friendly and there’s always a very lively environment. They sometimes even bring the food and drink to my table. Some days they even bring around samples. I couldn’t recommend it enough!“

I love the Starbucks inside the QFC at 2902 228th Ave SE in Issaquah! It’s so convenient to grab my favorite coffee and have it in hand while I complete my grocery shopping. The staff always makes my drinks just right with a friendly smile. The cozy little spot inside the store makes it easy to swing by for a quick pick-me-up or a relaxing break during errands.

If you want a seamless shopping experience with great coffee by your side, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!“

“This Starbucks sees more than your average number of customer due to it being inside of Swedish Hospital. The staff there is extremely nice and try their hardest to keep up with the demand. I work at Swedish and get coffee every morning. These people work their tails off keeping up with demand, I'd give them more stars if could!“

“I absolutely adore the Batista's at this location!! They are so sweet. They remember my drink, call me by my name as soon as I approach the counter & when they come into my Job (Jackson's across the street), they greet me by name & are so nice. They're just good people when it comes down to it, but I wanted to make sure I leave a review for them here.
I'm specifically talking about Drew & Sophie (I'm awful & couldn't remember their names, so I made it a point to say their names today!) I could even be wrong about her name, Sophie or Sophia 🤦🏽‍♀️

“Go to this spot if you're after a Starbucks that is large enough to feel expansive, and has a variety of seating. You know what you're getting in terms of coffee, eats and wifi...you either like the java they serve or you don't (I personally don't drink it). So I go here if I am needing a touch down spot, and dependable wifi.“

“I come here all the time for remote work and the staff and service is amazing. I worked for Starbucks for 9 years and I have been to/worked at stores where they just do not care about much. I pass about 5 Starbucks just to come here, the store manager personally brings me my stuff almost all the time, the staff brings me waters or refills as needed. One time they did throw something away that was not done yet LOL HA but they replaced it! Overall, the atmosphere is positive, great attitudes and MOST IMPORTANT (to me) is the beverage quality!“

“It has been a long time since my usual drink has tasted nice at any Starbucks and it did today (Aug 3 at like 4:45pm just in case the barista working can get a shout out). The shots didn't taste burnt and the drink was overall quite smooth. Not sure if it is skill, or the automatic machine was just cleaned recently or set correctly when others aren't, bur I would return to this location.“

“I love this Starbucks, they get super busy but stay professional and positive. However, in the fall I always order the caramel apple oat milk macchiato and this Starbucks is constantly forgetting to add the caramel apple drizzle which is what makes this drink so delicious! It was happening so often that I went in and watched them make my drink (I worked at Starbucks a few years ago) and after watching them put a lid on with no drizzle I asked “can I please have a little extra drizzle” this barista had no idea where it was and had to go look around for it which just confirmed there was never and caramel apple drizzle. I’m convinced this Starbucks is just team pumpkin and that’s fine but please make the drinks correctly for the apple lovers out here.“
