“The restaurant is clean and noise level conversational. Staff is attentive and knowledgeable in providing suggestions and options for dining. The hostess seated us at a bistro height table, half booth half open seating chairs and very comfortable. We ordered two pizzas. Twigs will make a half and half pizza where you can sample two different types from their menu. Suggestion Sausage and hot honey is the best we've ever tasted, delicious! The Yaki Soba with pork belly was perfectly served and made. Twigs has unusual meal options that are well planned and served with class. Bon appetit and salud.“

“The only touch tunes establishment with a decent music volume. When you pay at other places and the bartender doesn't like it, they just turn it down. Not here. A couple months back there was a problem bartender (slow, attitude, only one drink served every 1.5 hours, etc...) she is gone! The other people I see behind the bar are cool & familiar or just cool. No issues. Quite the turnaround from Steve's ownership.“

“Friendly staff. The katsu chicken plate, highly recommend! The Mac salad is nice and lightly flavored 😋 not heavy like most Mac salads. Prices are reasonable. Overall very pleased! I will definitely visit again! 😄“

“We had a large crowd in the back room for a family dinner. The service was absolutely amazing. Our waiter was phenomenal. Everybody commented on what a wonderful job he did, what a great service we had, and how he amazingly took everyone’s order on separate tickets and kept track of who is who, he was very attentive to everyone. We have always come there for the wonderful food, the food was once again absolutely delicious, and the service was commendable and outstanding! “My husband and I have eaten here a couple of times. We have been amazed this diamond of eating has yet to be uncovered. We did not have reservations and were seated right away. More importantly the food was amazing. Our waitress was friendly and efficient without overwhelming us with unwanted attention. My husband loved his meatloaf and my salad was fresh, and served with the dressing on the side. And the whole dinner didn't break the bank.“

The manager spent the majority of her time dealing with a table of entitled guests who had brought their dog in (clearly not a real service dog 😑) so we got free entertainment listening to the drama. The manager handled it with more grace and care than the table deserved“

“Service was so slow! It took 25 mins before we received any drinks and never received water. The lettuce in the wraps was brown and slimy, and only a few fries on the plate. Loud Mexican music was being played and 90% of staff appeared to be Latino. Tables were sticky and the glasses were chipped. I now know why the restaurant was practically empty.“
