“At the Ace Hardware location, they have the best service and food couldn't be better. However, at the Kennewick food hub we have waited nearly 30 minutes for an order sometimes, while other customers will place an order, wait roughly 10 minutes, and have their food done and gone before our pager even beeps. So, service can vary at locations which is unfortunate because the food is outstanding.“

“We celebrated our son's 12th birthday here over the weekend and the owner was incredibly kind and accommodating for our large party. We ordered family style and everyone raved about each dish, from the soup dumplings and gyoza to the barbecue shrimp and Beijing beef. The owner went out of her way to make sure our son had a special day, even surprised him with a birthday table cloth upon our arrival and traditional red bean sweet buns to end the night. This was our family's 2nd time eating here, and I know we will be back again soon!!!“

“Service awesome. Place Very clean. Food was good, some items better than others. Pork fried rice and the moo goo gai pan were excellent. Almond fried chicken and sweet and sour pork very tough and had to even get a fork into. Would go again to try other menu items.“

“This is a Panda Express that's in the mall and they don't have everything every Panda has. With that being said if you are ordering to go you're better off ordering at one of the other locations where they have the whole variety of different foods you want I ordered some super greens for somebody from here and the guy was so nice and made some right there and then. I'm not saying this is a bad place to eat I'm just saying if you're ordering the food to go by one of the companies like GrubHub Uber doordash I'm just giving you a heads up this isn't great greatest location“

The Cashew Chicken balanced things out nicely. The chicken was tender, the cashews were fresh and crunchy, and the savory sauce had just enough depth to keep every bite interesting. The Orange Chicken delivered that classic sweet-tangy punch with a bright citrus flavor. The pieces stayed crispy even under the sauce, which is not easy to pull off. The flavors and textures worked beautifully together, from crispy to creamy to savory to tangy. Portions were generous, everything arrived hot and fresh, and I left happily full. I'd go back in a heartbeat.“
