“Fast Mexican inspired dining, most dishes are ready in 5 minutes which leads me to believe most of the food is pre prepared and on a steam table ready to be served/assembled. While many places this leads to bad food/quality, CE2 has done a good job to keep the quality higher and food rates great. In the last couple years they added a fresh salsa bar with pico, red, green sauces and a few others. They offer affordable combination meals that can usually entertain most pallets. And recently they added taco truck style taco Tuesday, but this is where I had to knock them down one star. The tacos are okay but not something I would go out of my way for. There are many better options.“

“We had a large crowd in the back room for a family dinner. The service was absolutely amazing. Our waiter was phenomenal. Everybody commented on what a wonderful job he did, what a great service we had, and how he amazingly took everyone’s order on separate tickets and kept track of who is who, he was very attentive to everyone. We have always come there for the wonderful food, the food was once again absolutely delicious, and the service was commendable and outstanding! “I love Muchas Gracias! I order them on doordash very often. The orange habanero salsa is my favorite. It is so good. I would pay for this salsa. I wish there was a payment option to add how many salsa I want. They should be 25 cents each! I usually write a note to include extra in my order, and tonight they did and it made me so happy! But other times I get no salsa at all and I get so sad. Not even a green or red. If customers had the option to add salsas and pay money for them, 25 cents each and that is money in their pocket. Guaranteed money for muchas gracias and guaranteed happiness for the customer. The food is great, but with that salsa it is phenomenal. I need at least 8 every time.“

“By far the best food truck we had. Unfortunately I only got a single taco of the panuchos because I already ate a full meal at The Hub. I don't normally rate food, but I feel guilty for not giving them more business. They also gave free samples. They are the food truck most out of the way, and weren't getting as much business as others, but are well worth it.“

The waitress had to "get permission" from some girls sitting in the corner drinking on whether or not to allow my husband's 100% legit and legal service dog inside the restaurant. She took about 5 mins chatting it up with the girls in the corner.The restaurant is absolutely disgusting! The salsa was bitter and tasted spoiled. The salt and pepper shakers at our table were Corona bottles with the blue plastic lids and someone obviously was chewing on them!! Yes, they were all chewed up! We had already ordered at that point and seriously considered running towards the door! I ordered chicken fajitas and it was salty and horrible! It was covered in this nasty red sauce to hide all the nasty bits of chicken they use. The music was so loud that I couldn't hear my husband speak! I will never set foot back in here again. I would be ashamed to say that I owner this place or even worked there! No soap in the bathrooms either upon leaving. Steer clear!!!“
