“Had an asada burrito and it took me back to before 2010 when most taco trucks were just like this exactly what you would expect nothing to fancy. just tasty fresh food red and green sauce and fast service. just what you want out of a taco truck. I was very impressed I will be back to try the tacos plus more.“

“Shoutout to the staff at the Road 68 in Pasco restaurant. We held a graduation party there yesterday and Tony and his team were amazing. They were extremely attentive to any needs we had. They provided a great venue for this special event. We can’t say enough about the amazing service that was provided. Thank you Tony and your staff!“

“We had a large crowd in the back room for a family dinner. The service was absolutely amazing. Our waiter was phenomenal. Everybody commented on what a wonderful job he did, what a great service we had, and how he amazingly took everyone’s order on separate tickets and kept track of who is who, he was very attentive to everyone. We have always come there for the wonderful food, the food was once again absolutely delicious, and the service was commendable and outstanding! Thank you for all you did to make this family dinner, where people came from different states to be there , a wonderful event. Until our next gathering we wish you all well! See you again!“

“This is a hidden gem! We absolutely love the owners and always have the best service. The food is amazing and they have the biggest portions. Plus we fill up on the best salsa beforehand. They have huge margaritas and a stunning sunset view. We recommend everyone to come eat here!“

“First time here. Got chips and Queso but queso seemed a bit over cooked. Kinda had chunks like it needed to be replaced. However it was yummy on my Baja bowl. And forgot my tortilla 😢 but my bowl was delicious and soooo much food. Enough for a couple leftover meals for me. Will definitely try again.“
“By far the best food truck we had. Unfortunately I only got a single taco of the panuchos because I already ate a full meal at The Hub. I don't normally rate food, but I feel guilty for not giving them more business. They also gave free samples. They are the food truck most out of the way, and weren't getting as much business as others, but are well worth it.“

“We celebrated our 2nd annual company BBQ. Frida’s catered and it was the absolute best. The food was exquisite. Such rich flavor. The agua de horchata was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be having them cater our future events!!!“

“Went there recently, was happily impressed. We got tostada avocado and enchiladas, tamales and tacos and deep fried ice cream, that I took home to enjoy with my grandson, who thought was the most amazing thing in the world.
Definitely give it a try!
Vegetarian options: My mother is vegetarian, she ordered a meat dish without meat and the chef asked, would you rather, have some beans in its place, which I said that would be wonderful.
Parking: Plenty of free parking
Kid-friendliness: Family style restaurant, ran by a family.“
