Starbucks in Kennewick

“Stopped by while in the area for a Carmel Frappuccino and whoever was taking orders in the drive through wasn't very good at it. The Carmel Frappuccino was ok at best. Doesn't seem like the people working here care about customer service and quality.. I probably won't be back to this location again anytime soon..“

“It’s a shame what they’ve done to this location. I understand it’s right off the highway so they are prioritizing their drive thru. But there are two tables. That’s it. I remember large groups meeting at this location back in the day and now that is impossible. Drinks are still decent.“

“Stopped in to do some one stop shopping. Picked up some groceries and tea. The barista's service was good and they understood how to melt honey into a hot drink before icing it. You would be surprised how many baristas do not understand this concept. On the down side the area could use some cleaning.“

“This Starbucks is your typical Starbucks, it has a big area for meeting up with someone or just enjoying a good drink. I would say the drinks are hit or miss depending on who is making them. Although my drink is a bit extra, Vanilla Bean Frap with extra ice, an extra scoop of vanilla bean powder, and 5 scoops of java chips. The service is hit or miss, I usually get really friendly servers. My husband on the other hand had a server who was extremely rude and apparently they both had a vendetta against each other after that day. She couldn’t understand his order because of his thick accent and would get frustrated and rude over the speaker. He would also get frustrated and mad and he was rude back. A quick fix would be to ask the customer to come to window if you’re having the much trouble understanding. And as for my husband, he should have more grace with that particular employee as well. I’ve never had any issues other than that. My drink is a bit extra and it varies from Starbucks to Starbucks depending on who makes it. The pastries and cookies are always good here.“

“Miss Tiffany is outstanding and fabulous at this location. She has the best customer service and attitude around. I wish she worked at every Starbucks. I wish she worked everywhere. She made my day today. With a Smile from ear to ear, she treated everybody she came in contact with absolutely beautifully. She is a beautiful person herself. Thank you for just being you, Tiffany.“

“The Starbucks team here is simply AMAZING!! The barista not only took time with my mother (she can be a bit indecisive) but also laughed with us as we tried to shop for birthday gifts. Sadly, my mom’s coffee mug broke but, the barista was so kind and totally made my day with a replacement! Both the night supervisor and the barista were genuine, kind, and attentive. Thank you, we love you, and I’ll see you next time.“
