“Trinity with the cool purple hair and the supervisor were so kind to me and my girls. Really appreciated the experience this evening. I love the Starbucks blonde roast with a splash of heavy cream and the supervisor actually made me a pour over! every location tells me they don’t do it anymore and they use the machine but the pour over is just so clean and smooth. Thanks for making our night—it was perfect 👍🏽“

“This is my favorite Starbucks. The staff are friendly and it doesn't have that McDonald's feel, like others nowadays. From getting everyone coming through the door to knowing people's names and drinks- other Starbucks could learn from this crew.“

I cannot speak highly enough about the staff; they are all very professional and kind, and words are not enough to describe them. Also, the seats are so comfortable. I have been to many Starbucks and sometimes felt that the seating was intentionally uncomfortable to discourage customers from staying too long, but this location truly cares about its customers.“

“I consistently receive fast and friendly service from this location inside of the Langston Landing Safeway. Be mindful of your surroundings in the parking lot, as this area isn't the greatest. And there are usually a number of homeless people who like to hang out outside of the store on a daily basis.

Parking: Parking may be a bit of a challenge at times since there are a number of businesses that share the parking lot.

They remember my order, greet me with a smile, and make every visit a great experience. My drink is always made perfectly, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. “This is the first time I've been back inside the store... It used to be my go to Starbucks when I worked near. Service was fabulous however it was hectic and there are only two people working both the counter and the drive thru window. .“

“I love it here. The staff is very nice and they take their time on my order here and always make it extra special. This area has definitely a lot of people who are hard to deal with so I don’t blame the staff if their feeling frustrated especially as an ex barista it’s very hard to be dealing with customers who are always having an issue. “Disappointed about the outdoor seating being removed. I came for a business meeting with a friend but no setting inside. They were busy at 11a which surprised me, but they do have efficient speed of service and it was clean for how busy it was. Drive through is the way to go for this particular location.“

“Located INSIDE Fred Meyer. Most of the time there is only ONE barista. (That is Fred Meyer that decides the staffing)As someone who has work jobs similar to this, let me say that just one person doing everything -cashier, making food and drinks, stock and clean up, that is a LOT. True that the flow of customers are not as intense as other standalone stores. Still if there is a line it can be hectic. So I understand if the barista here is a little slow sometimes. Therefore, if you are in a hurry and you see a line, I suggest you skip this starbucks and go to the one right across the street.Despite that they are always friendly and polite whenever I stop here.“

“I like visiting places where they ask you how you are and what your plan is for the day. They all are genuine when asking, and I enjoy hearing about their plans. The barista offers up great ideas if I am struggling with my order and I have not been disappointed.“

“Always a great Starbucks to go to. We were in yesterday 3/24 at 11am. The gentleman working the drive thru was the best Starbucks worker I have ever had and I could not catch his name. Please recognize him!! He was SO friendly with a positive attitude and helpful for my order.“

“This is one of the only drive-thru Starbucks in immediate area and they're more than capable and get through the line quite fast and always consistent with their drinks and service whoever's working the window is always pleasant and in a good mood.“

“I got a drink for my Mom and I. The drinks were great and the barista was friendly. The line was long and it took a while to get our drinks today, but that isn't anyone's fault since they only had one barista working. I hope that barista has a nice day, that people tip her well, and that in the future isn't left under staffed.“
