“The folks here do a great job and the food is good. I was served 2 minutes after ordering from the kiosk. They’ve got sauce on the counter so you can take what you need. Great experience! My story: last week I visited a very bad, not professional, poor excuse for a taco bell in central Oregon. There I experienced a wait and no apology. But I knew taco bell always strives for excellence. Despite the shortcomings of one franchise, I knew I had to order from a good franchise to set right the karma of the universe. I chose this Kent taco bell because they’ve served me well in the past. Immediately upon arriving I knew I’d made the right decision as there was no line and two happy customers leaving the lobby. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch on the kiosk, and felt like a feast so I pressed + twice. I paid and started my stopwatch. After a short wait, she called my name. My watch read 1:32. Under two minutes! I took the food home, chowed down, and felt happy. Karmic balance restored! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?? I’m so glad I didn’t let one bad experience ruin a quality chain for me.
