“The food was decent. I just recently started to eat there again. Last time I was there they were selling the nacho fries and of course I ordered a couple of orders (5) and they were all bad. Soggy and they tasted like they were freezer burnt. Maybe left out and they defrosted. Then they were put back in the freezer.So I was very hesitant on returning. But I did and the food was good?Didn't taste out of the ordinary. We had to order on the kiosk and you have the option to pay right at the kiosk or at the counter with cash or card. So that was nice. Avoiding customers. Lol. They must not have seen us sitting in the lobby waiting for our order. Because when our food was ready the person was not eager to let us know. They must have been busy.“
“Clean fast food restaurant which is very important, no trash outside and they have a drive thru. We went inside and sat down. Food is great, and the price for what you get is even better. Thank you Taco Bell employees!Parking: Small parking lot, but enough parking for fast food at night.Kid-friendliness: Small Taco Bell but big enough to sit down with your kids inside.“
“I hope I got the right one, but if this is the Taco Bell right there on 72th across from Burger King they be hooking it up and moving fast! Everytime I go my order is right and they don’t mind giving you sauces or whatever you ask. Most consistent Taco Bell in Washington state yet alone Tacoma. “Taco Bell is making a come back with customer service, fast friendly food service and always clean in and out of this particular store. Even though we have more than we like to admit, our homeless community doesn't usually keep places clean. At this particular taco bell, I am pretty impressed with how they consistently keep it looking very clean and professional. I do and will continue to frequent this establishment.Parking: Plenty spaces and easy to enter and exitWheelchair accessibility: They have a very accessible entry and accommodations for wheelchairs“

“I just have to share this because my luck with fast food is 1 in a million and is quite funny. I got off of work late and who doesn't crave the bell late at night am I right? So I wait and wait and wait until finally it's my turn to order and I order the gordits crunch box and chalupa and the person on the other end informs me that we are out of the gordita and the chalupa. I said of course you are.. backed out of the drive through. My luck. I went to Arby's once and they said they were out of roast beef. No joke. Haha. I still love you taco bell ?“
“Used the drive thru; the staff was quite friendly.But I have to say, having a lifetime, 40+ year love/hate relationship with taco bell, I was a little saddened when my steak crunchwrap wasn't crunchy nor contained any noticible steak.The tortilla was more soft taco, like it didn't even touch the griddle for that awesome crunchiness.And sadly, I didn't yast the Taco Bell version of steak anywhere in the 'wrap.“

“Honestly, this is my favorite taco bell in town. Taco bell is Taco Bell but this place delivers on a the customer experience that isn't a given these days. They always ask if I want to make it spicy, or double the meat. They always get my order right. The food is always hot. It's the only food stop still open late on my way home. I actually get sauce and napkins in the bag. I don't know when I started having to ask for napkins at fast food places but it's not a thing here. I know this is a lot to read about Taco Bell, I'm just happy that the Taco Bell nearest my house is also my favorite Taco Bell.“
