“Massive shout out to Oscar at this location. He has exceptional customer service. He is always prompt to make sure I’ve been taken care of and he helps if there is anything additional that I need. Oscar has a great attitude and seems to really care about representing the company and store well while he’s working.
If he is not the manager then make him a manager. If you are hiring and you need a great employee, hire him (sorry, Taco Bell).
Anyways, other than having some killer employees, this location is consistent and never messes up my orders even when I order lots of customizations.

“Coorperate needs to recognize the gentleman that works the drivethrough in the mornings. Specifically on 6/20/26. He has been there for a while now, he is great with customers! I go there often as I work close by and 1- they always get it right but 2- and more importantly , that gentleman is so nice, respectful and sincere. You dont find customer service like that often at all and it is so refreshing. I order from taco bell over the other ones on my way in not because its in my works lot but because I know it will be right and I know the vibe he gives off starts my morning off right Please give this man a raise.“
