I’ve been going here for 20 years and on that date they really put it down, I never leave reviews but I had to just cause they did amazing that day. I appreciate the staff that day. “For the late evening we arrived the lobby was clean and food was fresh and customer service was helpful and spot on.. only thing really i could suggest would be that the parking lot and drive through could have used a good lot sweep. but drive through was busy so understandably i get why they couldn't get tobit right away.. very family friendly“
“As a self proclaimed food critic, I have to say that Taco Bell and the Deluxe Cravings Box is one of my go-to choices when I'm in the mood for some fast food. The Deluxe Cravings Box is a great value and includes a variety of items such as a beefy 5-layer burrito, a Doritos locos taco, nacho fries (whenever they're available), and a medium drink. I also appreciate the fact that Taco Bell offers a variety of customization options, allowing customers to create their own unique combinations. The food is always hot and fresh, and the service is consistently friendly and efficient. “There was an issue with my order and not only did they fix it but they gave me two extra tacos and a card for another free taco. That is excellent customer service. The worker was Xavier and I believe Amin(sp?). I will definitely be coming back here often and spending as much as possible!“
“I love Taco Bell but this specific location I have always had problems with. Most recently I made a mobile order for 3 grilled cheese burritos & 1 cheesy bean n rice + beef added, received all cheesy bean & rice. Went back less than 5 min later to have them correct it, they asked for the bag back. They got the 3 grilled cheese burritos in but missed the added beef on the other burrito that was done correctly the 1st time. Didn't notice until after I returned home. Tried to call there phone multiple times but they NEVER answer. This wasn't the only time they have had incorrect orders.Months previously I had tried to get breakfast multiple times from this location only to discover they were not open despite it being at least 30 mins past their open time each time I tried.Very disappointed that this location cannot get it together.Update2: 4/2023A couple weeks ago tried to order breakfast, did it through the app, when I got there they still weren't open. After waiting a few min at the drive thru speaker was told they didn't have enough people to make my order. Told them I didn't have a way to cancel the order. I ended up waiting, someone else arrived eventually after 20 min my order was made.Update3: 10/18/23Have been here about 4 times since last update. It seems like things are getting better. They've gotten the orders right each time. I also noticed that they are now open 24 hours! this helps a lot. Upgrading to 4 stars for now.“
“Tried the new cheesy crunch Taco with dipping sauce. It was good. My 2 reg Crunchy Tacos were broken. But fresh and tasted good. My Nacho chips however were stale. Nothing a pop in the oven couldn't help.My wife got a 3 piece chicken strip meal. Hers was good. Nice staff at the window.All in all. We will return.“
“It was an adventure. We came to get Taco Bell without realizing how sketchy the area would be. There were weird people waiting outside and the doors were locked. In particular one man who was harassing my friend and I. However, Micheal the absolute GOAT got us covered. He let my friend and I wait inside because we were incredibly uncomfortable and asked us if we are ok. Please give Micheal the recognition he deserves and a raise. He was also just working incredibly efficiently and deserves a medal. Thank u Micheal.“
