“Lobby is temporarily closed today only from 1:30pm & will reopen at 5:30pm for dining inside placing indoor orders as well on their kiosks or by using their taco bell mobile app on your smartphone as they no longer take orders at the front counter anymore. You can place food orders at the drive thru between those hours.“
“So this originally was going to be a pretty bad review. But I’ve decided to leave five stars. I had an awful experience with the app and it charging me 3 times, Without it actually placing the order. At that point, I didn’t have any money left for food, Because it had taken $30 from me. I was super upset, so I just walked out to my car and started losing it (Because it’s not their fault). A few minutes later, the manager walked outside to my car and He was really sympathetic of my situation. He made the order for me So I didn’t have to go hungry due to the app malfunctioning. So essentially, I had a problem that was not necessarily the restaurant fault. But they still showed care for me as a human being and corrected the problem. So yes, I am giving this place five stars. The food was also delicious.“
