“This is the best taco bell in the Olympia/Lacey area. Only taco bell that hasn't missed items when going through the drive through. Burrito build quality is excellent, customer service is great (they are nice but not annoying), they have a quick turn around on orders. I've lived near and ordered from every taco bell in this area countless times, this one is the one I consider to be the best.“

“If I could rate this location a 10 I would! We always get exactly what we order, food is always fresh and hot, and the service is always excellent!
What REALLY makes this place so special is the lady who packed our Luxe Boxes tonight, you can tell she absolutely loves what she does and I hope she is working every time we come through! She took the extra step to connect with the customers and I'm glad I got to say thank you over the phone to her! (I believe her name was Akita? But my phone was very fuzzy during the call so I do apologize for most likely hearing that wrong!)
Anyways, we will always choose this location, and I hope the staff tonight gets well deserved recognition from those higher up, specifically the lady who drew the cats on our Boxes :) THANK YOU GUYS VERY MUCH!!“

“I think they have drastically improved. We were greeted the moment we walked through the door. Didn’t have to wait for someone to take our order and our food was made correctly. Additionally the chips actually tasted good and not greasy and burned. I’ll definitely go again. Keep it up! It’s refreshing to actually have good customer service and talk to a human to take my order at a fast food restaurant.“
