“We hired Down to Earth Cuisine for our January micro wedding in Leavenworth. We did a buffet style dinner and every single dish was AMAZING. The owner is so personable and helpful. The first time we talked on the phone was 30+ minutes and he wanted to know about us, what kind of food we liked, where we were from etc. We had chefs Tom and Melissa the day of the wedding and they were so great. They were personable and their food was top notch. I didn’t get to eat the appetizers they had prepared for the rest of our guests because we were taking photos and they packaged some leftovers meticulously and set them aside for us! All our guests had nothing but great things to say about their interactions with them and their meal they prepared for us. This company was so great to work with. “Bubba and his amazing staff catered a full BBQ dinner for our yacht club event this past May 2024 at the Northwest Maritime Center. We had 300 hungry sailboat racers and the finish was delayed by about 30 minutes which delayed the dinner start time. But it didn’t matter because Bubba ensured that all the food was hot and fresh and ready to go once we opened the doors. The dinner was fantastic! The food was amazing. The staff were so professional and accommodating. I could not believe how Bubba was able to service 300 people within half an hour of them all arriving!! There was more than enough food and many of our sailors were able to go back for seconds. Vegetarians were accommodated and Bubba’s hospitality was just the icing on the cake. I highly recommend hiring Bubba for your event!“
