“I had a great experience at this McDonald’s location on the morning of July 8, 2025, around 10:50 AM. Despite it being a busy time, the staff handled everything with speed, efficiency, and a smile.

A big thank you to Manager Rex for the fantastic customer service! it’s clear that he leads by example. I also want to give a special shoutout to the drive-thru girl (I didn’t catch her name) for being so polite, quick, and professional. Her teamwork with the rest of the crew was impressive.

“Legitimate amazing authentic mexican food and very reasonable priced with a good menu selection. My wife and I had them cater our wedding on Bainbridge Island and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! Everyone was raving about how good the food was. You can customize the menu for your event and they will do they're best to accommodate. Miguel and his crew are super friendly as well.“

“Great customer service stood out on two recent visits. The food is ready pretty fast, but it is a step above "fast food." Only complaint is the overactive AC unit in the dining room. It is chilly, and the air blows so strong you have to secure your napkins and papers.“

It’s not technically as fancy as something like a Chipotle, but it’s got more soul than any of those corporate slop bowl places could ever dream of having, and it feels like it’s maintained in a much more loving manner. “Stopped in to get three 6 inch subs during a busy lunch hour and had the best possible experience. Michelle was my server and she was very patient and professional as we put together my order. She treated me like I was the only person in the shop even though there were 5-6 people behind me. The subs were perfectly prepared and enjoyed by the three of us.“

“It's a subway, but definitely a good one, it's always clean, organized and everything is efficient. The one unique thing about this location is that they offer coffee and specialty coffee and monthly special drinks that are pretty good. A great option in base.“

We ordered at the counter and the food was tasty and quick. Our only complaint was the lack of seating for our group of six. We had to split into two groups when we sat down to eat.“
