Can't speak to the owner or workers but they took my money and handed me my food and weren't rude. Just a business transaction. Tongue sandwich was good. Salad oliveh good. Bread good. I have yet to have a bad experience. I've been maybe 6 times. No issues. Out of thousands of orders placed you have a few bad experiences. Look at the reviews of any food business. Bread, hummus, and pizza were all great. Especially liked the sangak flatbread and veggie pizza, and the hummus was a lot more potent than the stuff you get in regular grocery stores.
