“Bok a Bok Fried Chicken is a top pick for Asian-style chicken wings, and their Totem Lake location in Kirkland is super convenient, nestled in a mall with plenty of nearby shops and eateries. Pairing their wings with a boba from Don’t Yell At Me, just down the way, is our go-to combo. The location itself is small and has no indoor seating, but the common seating area outside is cozy, with heating for the colder months, so it’s comfortable year-round.
Their menu offers a range of wet and dry rubs for the wings, but the standout is the fish sauce flavor. It’s an ideal blend of salty, sour, sweet, and spicy, all wrapped in a perfectly crispy coating. I haven’t come across this flavor at other chicken places, and it’s a must-try if you’re looking for something unique. Whether you’re new to Bok a Bok or a fried chicken fan, this spot is definitely worth a visit!“

“The place is always on point. We'll not always, like tonight. I got 2 spicy chickens with Large Drink and Large fries. This is a trend now that when we pull out our fries we don't get a full order!!!“

“A rare experience of receiving our order exactly as we requested. Other delivery requests from other restaurants have always been wrong. Usually part of our order would have food missing or the wrong items. The food was very tasty and delivered on time. Very satisfied and will order from them again.“

“I recently visited Ezell’s Famous Chicken and tried their spicy tenders (one pound), along with coleslaw and French fries. The tenders were perfectly seasoned, delivering a nice kick without overpowering the natural juiciness of the chicken. The crispy coating stayed crunchy even with the spice, which I appreciated, and each bite was packed with flavor. The coleslaw was fresh and creamy, adding a refreshing contrast to the spicy tenders, and the French fries were hot and crispy—a classic side done right. The service was friendly and efficient, and I barely had to wait before my food was ready. Ezell’s delivers on taste, quality, and speed, making it a fantastic spot for a satisfying meal!“

“Definitely all about chicken. The coating on the chicken was amazingly light and tasty, the sides were unremarkable but good quality and taste. Staff was friendly and outgoing. The atmosphere was a little sterile in a cafateria-esque kind of way, but ok.“

“Ezell's Famous Fried Chicken remain the one, the go to in either times of triumph or trouble, the one to try and beat but not likely to ever happen. In short and sum, the best fried chicken definitively in the PNW - The Pacific Northwest, as well as very arguably Ezell's Famous Chicken may be best of the best across the whole USA Nation. Even at those levels, Ezell's is always in contention in consistent high quality food provided with great service.“

“A bit hard to find if you don't know it's insider Rachel's Ginger Beer, but I've had it twice now and love the flavor. I saw another review stating this was likely the best fried chicken sandwich in Seattle and I think I agree. I can't think of another place I'd rather go for when I'm craving it.This is a great quick bite option, with food prepared relatively quickly. Will be coming again and again to satisfy the lunch craving.“

“Super friendly service with indoor counter bar for dine-in or a couple outdoor tables when the weather is OK. I always get the pound of spicy fried gizzards which are always made fresh, so I have to wait for them to cook it if I don't use their mobile app to order ahead of time.“

“For gas station fare, this place is not bad at all. The orange colored chicken taquitos are pretty great. The soft serve ice cream is also a great choice!! The cashier's are always pleasant and friendly. The gas isn't such a bargain but I don't think that's a surprise!“

“Loved the food I was amazed with the quantity. It was a good amount. My only regret is I didn't get more BBQ sauce.
Parking: The street it is on was very busy something into the parking lot was difficult due to traffic. It could of just been rush hour.“

“We LOVE KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN. WE AKWAYS SAY, KFC, IS THE NEXT TO OUR HOME COOKING FRIED CHICKEN. LIVE ESPECIALLY THEIR MEAKS DEAL. TOO BAD THE CORN ON THE COB WAS TAKEN OFF OF THEIR MENU. SMALLER BOWLS ARE NOW BEING USED FOR SIDE ORDERS AS MAC & CHEESE, MASHED POTATOES, GRAVY. + OTHER SIDE ITEMS.
Parking: The parking is limitless. There'was a lot of people who are @ KFC that day . THE parking was very limitless. My left leg has been injured due to Ostriarthritis + Rhumatoidarthritis... causing me to hav limitless walking.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, BUT maybe there could be more added wheelchair disabled parking ...“

“If you live in Seattle and you love chicken, you must know Ezell's. This chicken is the one rumored to be the meal Opra sent her private jet to Seattle to pick up chicken dinners for her staff. Yes, it's that good.when you walk in, you'll get a face slap with the aroma of their famous chicken. Numerous locations around Seattle and 18 franchises in Washington. This Kirkland location just opened up this year (2024) , and this visit was not my first taste of what I believe is the best tasting chicken I have ever eaten. Single pieces are available, but the meals are the best value. I like regular but spicy is an option. I love the chicken livers; don't judge me. Staff are always polite and helpful. You can dine in or get it to go. Every Ezell's I have been to is very clean, and the quality is consistently good . Resently Ezell's celibrated 40 years of cooking it's famous chicken ,started by Ezell Stephen and Lewis Rudd in February 3, 1984 in the Central District. The chain is owned now by Faye, Ezell's former wife. 5 stars to Ezell's in Kirkland and welcome to the neighborhood.“
