“Will always be in support of more pho shops opening up in Seattle! Stopped by for a quick lunch in the middle of a very cold day and immediately felt the warm embrace of that hot broth. Everything tasted super clean without compromising flavor, which is truly hard to find these days. Didn't expect to enjoy the pho so much because it's a relatively small and unassuming shop. But it is ran by the sweetest family who got my food out in less than 2 minutes. Definitely a great additional to this area of capitol hill. Would highly recommend.“
“Mediocre food. First time tasting the egg drink and did not like it. My husband said that's not what it's supposed to taste like. Too much noodles and not enough protein in the pho and bun bo hue. The Chinese donuts/bread sticks were hard and chewy. The parking lot is one of the worst I have ever seen. I also saw a drug deal occur outside the restaurant.“
“We headed over to Time Bistro after visiting the Burke Museum. My husband and I are vegan and we find that often restaurants under season vegan food. Our dishes were flavorful, with plenty of vegetables. Service was attentive and our food arrived quickly and hot. Thank you for a delicious meal!“
“My favorite place! After trying so many vegetarian pho in Seattle I was finally able to find the best one :) They have the best veggie pho broth which in my opinion is the most important thing when eating pho. I couldn't recommend this place more, I've been a regular customer for more than a year, I walk in and they already know my order, all the staff is very friendly and always super attentive, thank you pho than!!“
“I didn't really enjoy my pho that much here. I got the meatball pho and some of the meatballs had a weird, hard texture. The broth tasted flavorless. There also wasn't enough broth for my bowl.I do really appreciate the different size options, accessible price, and how kind the staff was.But I didn't enjoy my food that much, so I don't think I'll be coming again.“
“The best pho I’ve ever had. We used to come here regularly until we moved further away. We still make the long drive to come here because we can’t find a pho place as good as here. Along with the very good taste they’re also super fast at getting the food out. Highly recommend.“
“The place was clean and once you enter, you're immediately greeted and was allowed to pick any seat. Chose the steak and meatballs pho. It took less than 15 minutes for me to get it. It came steaming hot and it smells delicious. It was nice and soothing to have on a cold day, it was a good pho bowl. Generous amount of steak and meatballs.“
“Quick review:•Good quality pho•Has freebie cream puff•Affordable price•Good, clean environment•Friendly service; staff lunch break at 3:30pm•Accepts credit card but takes &.50 sub chargeI had been to other Than Brothers locations, but it was the first on this one. The other pho place I patronized a lot in the past has significantly increased the price, thus sadly, not as affordable anymore. After all our goal of searching good food is affordability but not sacrificing the quality.Than Brothers at Wallingford, the other pho place I visited sometimes, has stopped offering the yummy cream puff with their pho last few times I been there. I was surprised to see that they have the cream puff on the menu at the Edmonds restaurant still, and more surprised to see that they gave me one with my pho! Whoa! I like this place.Pho is good, hot, big as usual. I decided to order a medium in here, because I saw the fresh salad rolls on the menu too. The rolls were very decent. No crunchy pieces inside, but fresh and well packed. The price of the food items are reasonable and still affordable. When I came in at 3:10pm I saw a sign outside states “Staff lunch break 3:30pm”, but I don’t think they closed the door during that time. And they do charge a fee of $0.50 for using the credit card.“
“2023 update: Banh mi, pho, and coconut fried rice are all great. No more bubble tea, however. Lots of tasty Vietnamese and pho choices.Great banh mi and bubble tea!Vegetarian options: Veggie coconut fried rice was great.Parking: Somewhat limited space shared with other stores.Kid-friendliness: Very kind with our kids. Kids loved the mango juice.“
“It's been a while since I've been there because I have fond memories, and it's still delicious. I like it because the soup is thick and suits my taste. It was a good memory for hangovers. The noodles are different in thickness, texture, and taste from the pho noodles I used to eat in Korea. It's thinner, but feels a bit like rice cake. It’s great to be able to choose from a variety of meat combinations!“
“Authentic pho restaurant. They take your order right away and the food comes out quickly. Great place for a quick lunch or dinner, we are usually in and out under 45 minutes. Located next to Sno-King Ice arena.Their serving sizes are on the smaller side but this is also reflected in their lower prices.“
