They do not take their own coupons or promotions, their phone doesn't work, and the one time I had them deliver an order the driver lost half of it and (conveniently) also lost the receipt! Never again.
Really a subpar Sunway, and that's saying something. The prices on the board aren't what you pay. Not by much, 7.19 on the board, 7.89 at the register. Also, three times now they put the wrong condiment on. I ask for honey mustard and for the third time in a row, yellow mustard is used. When I correct them they just look at you. Unfriendly, unhelpful and the automatic tip option also annoys me.
