Do they not recognize that the area they're in accommodates many many unhoused and mentally inpaired individuals. It's a public area if you want it clean go out there and clean it yourself otherwise deal with the area you live in and understand that other people do the same they deal with it they don't try waist energy spiffing it up all the time.“
