I generally don't like the kiosk experience and prefer the in person interaction. At this location we stood at the counter with employees in clear view for several minutes and neither one of them offered to take our order ~ no wonder there is no customer service anymore, employees are trained to ignore people and rely solely on technology to complete their jobs (so here @ J_in_the_B they are only cooks, reducing their value to future employers, no option for a well rounded...
