“Best Mexican food in Pierce County! Glad I stopped here. I had nachos and hochta for my drink. I should have taken pics but I was so hungry I inhaled the food and I was also not expecting it to be so good. It was truly authentic Mexican food.“

“This place is a family favorite. Prices are near $20 per plate. The portions are generous and delicious. Chips and salsa are a part of the table service. The servers are very attentive, not intrusive. A picky child in our group devoured the cilantro and lime chicken burrito.“

BELLINGHAM.“

“Pollo mole was amazing. My cousin brought me here yesterday and I'm back again today! Staff is very friendly, and you can tell how popular the place is because the to go orders are constant. Dining area is small and simple but has a friendly and authentic feel. Highly recommend!“

“I am a connoisseur of Mexican cuisine and my home I always fry my shells thanks to my Orpilla family but recently I have been on a crunchy taco kick and my friend showed up and brought me out to Tacoma and we had a hard time finding a place that was open because it's Easter so he took me to Mazatlan on South Tacoma Way and it is amazing in here. Right now they are giving my prior experience a run for its money this place is awesome!!“

“O.k., I grew up in Texas and am picky about Mexican food. Then I moved to San Diego and also loved So cal Mexican... While I love the Pacific Northwest, it makes me home sick for authentic Mexican food. I knew the minute I peaked through the order window into the tiny kitchen and saw a delightful woman pressing out corn tortillas on site, and cooking them on the back grill, that we were onto something special. I ordered 3 asada street tacos and experienced SoCal nirvana! And the two sauces that come with every order... chomp! My husband ordered a burrito and I thought he was handed a newborn baby! They are a huge combo of deliciousness! We often split one! Don't let the location alarm you. It is located behind a gas station. It is like a food truck only it's a building with a kitchen and a few outside patio tables. We either bundle up and sit outside,or we eat in the car, either a small sacrifice in exchange for the incredible burritos and street tacos. I noticed the other day that Pitas was awarded "Best Restaunt in Every State" it is well merited. The quality has never waivered. We discovered Pitas two years ago. Our girl is a counselor at a nearby Scout camp, Camp Sheppard. We drive her there from Seattle once a week from January until March. We stop at Pitas almost every week!“

“I’ve never actually been inside but I order it on DoorDash often. I think it’s great that there’s so many fresh options in the area, and I can always find something new or good to fulfill whatever craving I have. The super bionico is the best! But a fresh juice in the morning goes a long way too. Just great stuff“

“It's is the b&i but some people wouldn't like it cause it is an old building. Not very updated. Just fixed a bit. BUT if you remember Ivan, which Disney released a movie on him, (the one and only ivan) [2020]. He was actually an attraction of the b&i until he was taken to woodland park zoo in Atlanta until he had passed away in 2012 at age 50. Anyways, amazing Mexican food. I have had a messed up order. But I am very picky and like to challenge restaurants. Had a mistake and they corrected it. Also kid friendly.plain items, Fries, grilled cheese, and ome of the few places that serve chilaquiles. Small private area in the back if your not very social. Love the refried beans with the fresh chips. Street tacos. Good already. Very well done. I like mine over well done because of the crispy bits“

“This is THE best Mexican fast food out there, period. Service is better than some restaurants. Atmosphere is pretty blah, but you quickly don't really care.
There's a Taco Bell across the street a avoid because why would you when real Mexican good is right there?
Get the Jamaca red drink. That alone is worth a visit! Plus, it's a cheaper, noncommittal thing you can get quick and easy to give the place a good shake. You could also buy a single taco—I recommend the adobada! It's better than the carne asada. On the Mediterranean diet like me? The fish is pretty good. 👍🏼
Dietary restrictions: I eat a Mediterranean diet, and their fish is good.
Kid-friendliness: Place is fine for kids, and hardly anyone is usually in there, so low chances of Karen complaining at you for normal amounts of sound.“

“I went through the drive through and got the carne asada fries, which I thought were very good. Lots of flavor, nothing seemed overdone or undercooked. My only minor complaints are that the drive through did take a bit (there was only one other car in front of me, but it took probably 10-15 minutes before I drove away with my food), and I asked for no cheese but there was cheese on it anyways. Not a major deal, but slightly irksome.
The food was very good though, and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!“

“Fast food never been so fast! Albeit it was 15min to close for the lobby, the staff still took our order, hustled it out hella quick and we still ate in the lobby after it was closed. Very friendly staff, clean and inviting location. Food was fresh and delicious. 100% recommend this location“

“I went to Memo's for the first time and tried the chorizo breakfast burrito, it was exceptional. The salsa was good and the service was friendly and quick. The only reason I'm giving the atmosphere 1 star is due to the restroom being in the exterior of the building, it required a code, there was no paper towels and it was dirty. Overall, I would definitely go again!“

“Food is delicious, reasonably priced, and their veggie burrito with fresh sautéed fajitas veggies and fresh guacamole was so good! Staff were super nice, plenty of parking outside, our kids like building their own tacos. We used to frequent the Chronics in the SoCal area when we lived there and are happy to have one here in Washington. Please open one closer to Seattle!“
