We visited on a cool weekend day and found the staff was friendly, patient, and service orientated. We ordered three lunches — chowder, fish and chips, and calamari. All food was excellent. The seafood was lightly battered and golden brown. We really enjoyed ourselves and will return when visiting LB in the future.
Self service little shop right next to the opening of Long Beach. Pretty standard kind of food for a little eatery next to the beach. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The fried items tasted quite fresh and seemed battered in house, not from frozen. We got the fried halibut and fried oysters, not at all overly fishy. Clam chowder was quite good, albeit on the salty side. Overall great experience!

This was by far the best salad I have gotten on the Peninsula! And it wasn't even all there. I have a dairy allergy so I ate it dry (dressing has dairy) and it was still amazing. Staff were so helpful and went out of the way to make sure my food came prepared correctly. The presentation was also beautiful!Dietary restrictions: Just ask and they will help!
