“I ordered the fish soft taco twice this week because it was so good! Crispy fish, fresh vegetables, and the perfect amount of sauce. I wish they would go back to their old hot sauce method. I prefer the roulette of “is it going to be hot or not?” The prepackaged sauce just doesn’t have the same flavor profile. I understand the reason for the change, but I don’t have to like it 🤣“

“We don't live locally, but have dined at El Ranchito at least 20+ times within the last 22 years. We've tried many different Mexican restaurants and we always go back to El Ranchito for the food, the drinks, the value and the family-owned environment. We have never had a bad meal or service here. Always welcoming, always delicious. The bonus salsa/chips and dessert are equally as fresh and tasty. We often buy a tub of the Pico de gallo because it's simply amazing. Great food, great place.“

“Cancun Mexican in Lynden isn’t trying to impress you with neon margaritas or Instagram angles. It’s a family joint, the kind of place where the salsa tastes like someone’s abuela just walked it out from the kitchen. The food? Flat-out terrific—rich, smoky, unapologetic. The drinks are the same.
It’s small, always packed, and the hours are more of a suggestion than a promise. That’s the charm and the curse. You wait. You squeeze in. You deal with the occasional locked door when the internet swears they’re open. And it’s worth every bit of it.
If you can snag a table, this is the best bite in Lynden—no contest.“

“We had Little Mexico food truck cater our wedding a few weekends ago and it was so perfect! They showed up on time and were extremely organized! We had about 150 people at our wedding and they did such an excellent job managing everything. The food was made to order so it was all fresh. Everyone loved the food and it made for such a fun wedding vibe :) I would highly recommend them for either an event or just a casual dinner out. The food is legit and the people are so kind.“

“We were disappointed. The service was very efficient but robotic. The chicken teriyaki is generous, but the rice was simply paste. - so overcooked that no individual grains could be discerned. The broccoli was odd, overcooked above but with undercooked stems. The carrots were undercooked.“
