One of the best white mocha places in town! Hands down!
Awesome Chai Latte (with hemp milk)!! No I mean.. boom! The scones and pastries are tasty .. Breakfast sandwich was good too.. will eventually try then all... and my man Dinesh.. very friendly ! Give the a whirl when the economy opens back up !!
Went on Saturday. Debated posting but decided I should.
Went to Himalayan Java for the first time (after always meaning to stop in!) and was sorely disappointed.
They had one barista running the whole shop on a Saturday evening. That is not okay. (I’m saying this because I don’t blame the following on the barista. The place was busy as hell and he was completely on his own).
We ordered a latte and a mocha.

Based on the reviews, Himalayan Coffee Roasters Seattle is a great little place for a treat and a minute of peace while touring in Seattle. The environment is clean, modern, and bright with lots of light. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The latte is the highlight, being very rich and flavorful. Other menu items include the ice matcha latte, Irish Hazelnut Iced Latte, Hazelnut White Chocolate, and a raspberry white chocolate drink. The lavender silk mocha also tastes really good. The rose macaroon and pistachio cake are popular choices. For food, the chicken burrito is the winner. The restaurant also sells its own coffee beans and merchandise. It is a perfect spot to work all day or to meet a friend. However, it is a very small store with not many seats, so prime time seating is limited.
