I have a very divided family when it comes to food but this place exceeds our kids and our own expectations of good food that everyone likes (which never happens, lol) everything is fresh and High quality and nothing and with their own personal ingredients, you can't match any other place with it. “I love this burger joint. My husband and I often stop by when we're in town after going to Costco. The food is delicious, the service is great, and there are many great drink options. My only complaint about this location is that they only have air hand dryers in the bathrooms, and I really dislike those. I would love if they would add an option for paper towels.“

Parking: There's a large lot that's set up so you don't have to back into or out of any of the spots

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kid-friendly options on the menu. It's clearly a family-oriented restaurant

Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are easily wide enough for someone with a wheelchair, though they are double doors so someone would need to help open them. There are no steps or curbs to prevent access to the door“

“Please refer to my review from 2 days ago encompassing both East Wenatchee & Wenatchee and see the huge change in review... It's a testament to having an owner who cares enough to read the reviews online instead of relying just on their own observations as some workers work different when a manager or owner is there actually overseeing their work or just relying on reports from staff re: work performed while management away. Kudos to Kip for responding to my review in a timely manner and voicing grave concern regarding my poor review, as well as his willingness to refund the money I spent for the breakfast platter that morning. I thanked him for the offer, but that is not why I wrote the review and the food is good and it did not go to waste. But his quick offer to pay brought a quick thank you from me but no need to refund...if the poor performance has a chance to be corrected it will be by an owner who is very involved like this who stomped out the bad review immediately and I am sure will be monitoring a couple stores that have become laxidaisical without an owner/manager on site in those early morning hours that get very little traffic. If you post that you are open X Hours then you should be open and ready for business ALL OF THOSE HOURS!!! (Thank you again, Kip, for your concern and the attention! “A Buttery Chicken Biscuit, a Maple Bacon croissant and an order of Biscuit and Gravy today via mobile order. I picked up my order and drive through from a friendly smiling young lady. I took it home to eat. I was super happy with everything that I saw life I took it out of the bag. The crew did a fantastic job wrapping up those buttery croissant and biscuit without getting the butter all over the outside of the foil. They were nice and neatly wrapped and placed.. My Biscuit and Gravy was soft, had lots of sausage and had plenty of gravy despair. You can tell whoever put my order together actually took pride in thier job. I highly appreciated this! Too many times that fast food restaurant get a bad rap. I made sure to call in my at-a-boy compliment so that the store knew what a good job they did.“

“We get blizzards often, so we know what to expect from the average blizzard of our choice. We came through Wenatchee and decided to get some DQ for the trip home, so we came into this establishment. We ordered pumpkin pie, heath, and hot cocoa peppermint blizzards. Mine came first (pumpkin pie), and the visual presentation was phenomenal. Just like I'd design it if I could get behind the counter and make it myself, with lots of cinnamon! (Side note, I never think there's enough cinnamon on anything 😆) As I ate it I was blown away with the amount of care that went into making it. It was so smooth, so well blended. And, one problem I've specifically had with the pumpkin pie blizzards are the bottom third is always straight vanilla ice cream. I don't know why but they never get blended all the way through. This was blended ALL the way through. I could just tell that the person who made it really took their time. They did not just throw ingredients in and blend for a few seconds. I've never had such a perfect blizzard before! When my husband and daugter got theirs, I hadn't even mentioned my thoughts yet, and they both said this was by far the best blizzard they've ever had. So it's settled! If you want to have the perfect blizzard, come here on a Saturday night. The crew is not only extremely friendly and professional to the customer's face, they also go the extra mile to make your treat enjoyable. We will be sure to come back every time we're in Wenatchee!“
