I have a very divided family when it comes to food but this place exceeds our kids and our own expectations of good food that everyone likes (which never happens, lol) everything is fresh and High quality and nothing and with their own personal ingredients, you can't match any other place with it. Thank you for bringing back the salchi papas!!! I'm taking advantage of them for sure. For those who haven't tried this place , get on it because you're missing out!“

Outstanding Service from Jack at Red Robin – Wenatchee

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Red Robin in Wenatchee, and it was all thanks to our incredible server, Jack. From the moment we sat down, Jack went above and beyond to make our dinner special. His customer service was top-notch — attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. He checked on us often (but not too much!) and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal.

Not only was Jack on point with service, but he also surprised us with extra fries and sauces, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food itself was very good — everything came out hot and fresh. The fries were crispy and delicious, and the mozzarella sticks were some of the best we’ve had in a while.

We were visiting Wenatchee from Seattle, and it was a meaningful trip for us — my grandma used to live here before she passed a few years ago. Jack’s warmth and hospitality truly made our visit extra memorable.

If you’re ever at this Red Robin, ask for Jack. He’s a gem and represents the very best in customer service. Thank you, Jack, for making our evening (and our trip) so special!“

“We love Bob's but it's time for a remodel. The booths are all cracked and warped. the table surfaces are cracked and lacking chunks and finish and the back cushion where we were seated had what looked like ranch crusted on it. Service has been a bit slow as of the last 6mo which may be due to understaffing but their staff are always kind and wonderful. Would love to see the place cleaned up which is a manager/owners call. Staff keep the rest of the area clean.“

“Picked up to go orders twice this week, pregnant and was craving a taco salad one day. It was good!. Today, I ordered the cheeseburger special (3 cheeseburgers for 6.95$ or something like that), the guy who took my order added another order I did not ask for (plain cheeseburger delux) after asking for one of the 3 cheeseburgers to be plain, asked for two ranches with my wings and an extra dressing for my oriental salad, order of onion rings and large fry. Was a little disappointed that after being refunded the plain delux burger (which I appreciated), my order was not double checked to make sure everything I ordered was there. I get to the park and was missing a fork, my ranches, my extra sesame dressing and the fries/onion rings were soggy. I called the restaurant and was offered dressings to pick up or save them for next time. I just wanted the staff to be aware so it won’t happen again, I was a little bummed out after paying $50. Otherwise, food is great normally and their milkshakes/lime Rickey’s are so good!“

“I was dinning in with some friends while visiting. We had the most exceptional time with Javi. He made our whole group crack up laughing just by being so comfortable with us…felt like we were regulars. If I didn’t live in Ohio I would be a a regular of Javi’s….just the light joking made our experience there so enjoyable. Anytime I am visiting I will be back to see him. My friends that are local will be back regularly looking for him. I manage Applebee’s in Ohio and would love to have someone like Javi on my team. Just a exceptional experience“
