“Decent food, but I found it just a tad bit over priced for what we got. We ordered 3 ? burgers, 2 small drinks and 1 order of fries, $42 before tip. The burgers in my opinion are not worth $10. But having said that I feel like this place will pretty much always be our go to if we are traveling west through Leavenworth on our way home....views and atmosphere in Leavenworth make up for the rest.“
“Gustav's is a family favorite! The whole Bavarian lodge atmosphere is so quaint and fun. The servers are friendly and service is excellent. High praise to the cooks for Ruebens made with corned beef and good saurkraut! Fresh cut fries are awesome. The local cold beer is also great! Prost!!“
“Enjoyed the Rahm Schnitzel— went with my large extended family and found the atmosphere to be awesome, our waitress was absolutely the best and the food was delish! Others at my table had burgers, sausages and other Schnitzels… no complaints! My brother and sister in law have been here 4 times— it’s that good!“
“This is a rather unassuming place, downstairs. You order at the counter and go find a table. There is absolutely nothing interesting in the decor. No ambiance. Service was terrific. The woman at the counter was so friendly. Our food and drinks were ready very quickly. They were sold out of the tomato soup, so we had pea soup. It was quite good. (But not as good as mine!) Our sandwiches were quite tasty. It was a bit expensive for what we got, but that's the norm these days. This was a good stop for a quick lunch!“
