“Quick feedback — your donuts are great, but I think you’re missing a big opportunity 🍩

I just wanted to say — your donuts are awesome! Seriously, pretty good. The only thing is, I almost didn’t even know you guys were open. I drive by that area all the time and honestly thought the whole building was just insurance offices until I stopped in by chance.

If you put up a couple of signs in the windows, turned on the lights, or opened the blinds a bit, it would make a huge difference. You’re missing out on so much foot traffic just because people don’t realize there’s a donut shop there.

Even something fun like a “Free Donut for Halloween” promo or a small seasonal deal could get people talking and drive a lot more customers your way. You’ve got a great product — you just need people to see it!

“Absolutely amazing donuts! Fresh, great flavors. I ordered cruellers, Bavarian cream, cinnamon twists and lemon filled with coffee on the side. There was a line but staff were fast and courteous. I was in and out in 5 minutes! I highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

“Soo good. We came in around lunchtime, and though the cases were empty, there was still a really great selection of donuts on the rack. We ordered three types, a lemon filled, a raspberry filled, and apple fritters. All of them were wonderful, very fresh and soft, with tasty fillings and a good amount, as well. Oh, my, but those apple fritters! Big as a plate, and so good. We ordered two, but they were so big, we split one. 10/10 will do again.“
