Parking: Lots of parking nearby, limited parking on the street.
Kid-friendliness: Kids seem to enjoy being there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Sticky door, but someone will help. It's a cozy but not tiny place.“

“Fantastic coffee shop with a lot of choices. I am diabetic, and they have a wonderful selection of sugar free flavors. The servers are friendly and helpful on those days when it is hard to choose. I was sad when they were closed for remodeling. I would recommend going out of your way to get coffee or lotus drinks at this stand.“

“The coffee is good. Lily you get 10 stars. Luka you need to work on your customer service. Asking the same question over and over and getting the same answer does not solve a problem. Be like Lily stop what your doing and take care of the customer. Lily you are awesome!“

“Early morning crew are always happy and curious. Most will remember your drink as well as your name after a few visits. Always a great atmosphere. Only negative tho g was there was no veterans day tribute even if it was just a special sticker for the day..just an idea.
Dietary restrictions: They have there own protein milk.Cost and extra $1 to any drink.“
“I love this coffee. I drank a ton of the signature blend at Ruby River Hotel while in Spokane for a work trip, and it was one of my favorite flavors of the trip! The hotel brewed it fresh all day long. I ordered a bunch from the website to be able to brew it at home. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely going to make time to stop by a cafe and stock up. Yum! ☕“

“UPS driver and i pulled my truck up to get a coffee and hot chocolate for my helper and the lady on the other side bought our drinks and the girls wouldn’t let me tip them. Pretty awesome experience“
