“I had such a great experience thanks to Alexis! I’m naturally pretty awkward and had never been there before, but she made me feel so comfortable from the start. I asked for recommendations and she was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely willing to help me out. On top of that, there were so many cars and things going on, yet she still took the time to make sure I was taken care of. The golden eagle is what we settled on and man was that thing good! Alexis is truly a keeper, customer service like hers is hard to find!“

“UPS driver and i pulled my truck up to get a coffee and hot chocolate for my helper and the lady on the other side bought our drinks and the girls wouldn’t let me tip them. Pretty awesome experience“
“I love this coffee. I drank a ton of the signature blend at Ruby River Hotel while in Spokane for a work trip, and it was one of my favorite flavors of the trip! The hotel brewed it fresh all day long. I ordered a bunch from the website to be able to brew it at home. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely going to make time to stop by a cafe and stock up. Yum! ☕“

“Brian is the best. Always up for a chat if hes not busy, and gets all my different drink preferences right every time. Prices are very good and quality is excellent. Im a bit of a coffee snob. If you rush me or give me bad service in any way I go elsewhere. Ive been going here for 2 solid years now and I dont see me leaving. 10 stars.“
