“Like most independent coffee places this is all about knowing what to tell the barista so you get what you like. I am someone whose order leaves their brain as soon as I get to the window ( social anxiety! And I haven't had my coffee yet, obviously!) The staff have always been very kind and ask all the right questions to make sure they get all the information to get the order right.“

“I love this coffee. I drank a ton of the signature blend at Ruby River Hotel while in Spokane for a work trip, and it was one of my favorite flavors of the trip! The hotel brewed it fresh all day long. I ordered a bunch from the website to be able to brew it at home. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely going to make time to stop by a cafe and stock up. “Very friendly staff and food and drinks are always done very timely. I usually order online to pick up between classes, and the staff know my name and are always very kind. There's also a nice atmosphere in the mornings for studying or meeting others.

Parking: Parking for the cafe is small but its usually open as students tend to walk between classes.

“I had the worst morning with crying toddlers and a sick teenager that needed shots (which she is deathly afraid of). And then the kicker was I accidentally placed my app order at the WRONG McDonald’s 🤦🏻‍♀️ I called this McDonalds to explain the situation (I sounded very frustrated on the phone, not at them but at myself) and they were SO KIND TO ME! They put my order through so I could get my sick daughter the pancakes she really wanted before the breakfast service ended and had my food hot and ready for us when we arrived! I just wanted to say THANK YOU to all of the people that helped me and a SPECIAL THANK YOU to the sweet lady that answered the phone and got everything fixed! You helped turn my very bad day around and I really appreciate it! 🥲❤️“

“Drive through is almost always the fastest of any fast food place. Food is always consistent.
I must say though I am not impressed with their fish sandwich anymore! It is at least 25% smaller than it used to be and price is more. Used to be one of my faves. Sad. But they always have the best unsweet tea!“
