“I'm from MD visiting a friend in Spokane. They took me here after running a few errands in Deer Park. Cute spot to get you caffeine fix. Employees were lovely, shop was clean and had a modern yet old school feel to it. We sat outside to enjoy the cool weather.

My iced chai latte was so refreshing I bought another larger one for the road. The breakfast burrito was probably one of the best burritos I've ever had and I've had plenty on the east coast.

“I came through drive through and had ordered an orange juice for my son whom has nut allergies and when I was handed the bottle I checked the label and it was a no go for him. So Heidi the manager took over promptly on a busy morning and was so graceful with us. She was unbelievably caring and reimbursed us as we returned the orange juice. My coffee was delicious too! “This is my favorite coffee place in Deer Park. They always do a good job on my coffees, I normally have my little with me so she will get something too. If the drink is hot they make sure it's a drinkable temperature, when she gets a smoothie they add whip cream on the top of her straw which is her favorite part. The gals here are always nice & friendly we have never waited a crazy amount of time.“

“I love this coffee. I drank a ton of the signature blend at Ruby River Hotel while in Spokane for a work trip, and it was one of my favorite flavors of the trip! The hotel brewed it fresh all day long. I ordered a bunch from the website to be able to brew it at home. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely going to make time to stop by a cafe and stock up. “This used to be my favorite Starbucks with the nicest crew. Very disappointing the last few months. Drinks are often wrong and they always give half frozen in the middle breakfast sandwiches. They leave them in the heater a few seconds. Yuck“

Happened in the last couple trips as well. They have usually been good, I don't know what changed recently but someone there no longer cares.“

I find most of the good deals by using the app. I did use my app points to get a free burger late at night, but over 2 hours before McDonald's was supposed to close. When I arrived, they were closed. I spoke to an employee, and they said that my points would be refunded, that was over a month ago, and my points have not been refunded. While my experiences using the app generally are good, there are drawbacks.“
