“I had a gift card for Coffee Can. My first visit was decent and I was so excited because it has a creative look; and on the way to places. Subsequent visits have been disappointing. Watery lattes all 3 times. Are they using just one shot in a 16 oz? A coarse grind? 1% milk? I don’t know. I’d love to have a better report and assume there will be improve as they become more established.“
“One of the better McDonalds in the area. They have a clean facility, bathrooms are clean and tidy. The eating area is clean and tidy, and customer service is above average. The wait is better than other McDonalds in the area, but not compared to Market Street or Indian Trail. Indian Trail McDonalds is the best in the area in every area, and Market Street McDonalds is a not too distant second. I would rate this McDonalds as in the 3rd place. Not shabby, but timeliness of orders and quality of food could be improved. There seems to be more of a focus on the drive-thru than those in the lobby and 3rd Party delivery services are dead last (which is remarkable considering those orders come in typically ahead of time). As I have said many times, if you have issues with staffing or experienced staff, you may want to cut your drive thru or 3rd Party ordering apps and just deal with lobby traffic until your staff experience rises to the level of being able to support more lines of effort (e.g. drive thru/UberEats/DoorDash/etc.)Most owners probably aren't interested in doing this since that means profits take a hit, but I can tell you if your playing the long game, you're paying a tremendous price in efficacy by too much turn over, inexperienced staff, long waits in the drive-thru or 3rd party drivers who just won't take orders for your organization. It's a tough business environment and customers are looking for much better customer service experiences, especially for the price of fast food in this economy!Do whatever you want but you want to increase your reputation of customer service over the long term not diminish it.You're doing an above average job! Keep up the great work, but push harder to get to the top spot! You will see the results will X-size your patronage and increase profitability!#STAYFIERCE?“
“This place is great! It was incredibly busy, but luckily, we found a place to sit. I ordered the blueberry lemon crepe and an ube latte with white coffee. Both were delicious! The customer service was excellent! The employees checked on us a few times to ask if we needed anything, which I thought was unique for such a busy little cafe. I will definitely be back again.“
“Always delicious, never disappointed! Super friendly service, not overbearing or intrusive. It's just a nice, relaxing place to enjoy an appetizer, meal, or drinks. Go show them some love today! Seriously, run, don't walk people!Vegetarian options: A whole vegetarian menu and they are very accommodating with variations of ingredients if requested.Dietary restrictions: Good options for vegans and people dairy allergies/sensitivities.“
“Lunarium is a cozy spot any tea lover will appreciate. Simply put, they do tea well and for any night owl this is the place to go in Spokane. Study, read, surf tik tok; whatever way you chill Lunarium has the space and tea for you. I dare you to challenge the staff's knowledge! Overall, 10 out of 10 experience every time.Parking: Leave room for Baskin Robins but you shouldn't have trouble getting a space here.“
“Local ice creamery with a rotating menu and fun seasonal flavors. We can't get enough! Some of my favorites are the cheese plate and Christmas cheese plate, pistachio marshmallow, pineapple soft serve, animal parade, and banana cream pie. I love to get the baby cones and we prefer the south hill location for easy parking and a neighborhood experience“
“I don’t want to be rude and leave a 1 star review so I’m still marking 5 stars ⭐️ but this morning we got the wrong size coco and our bacon breakfast sandwich wasn’t given to us. I tried calling. Nobody answered. I was so late I couldn’t come back.“
“The coffee is good, very good, but the draw here really is that it is in the The Saranac Commons. That means you can enjoy your coffee in a nice wide open space while eating a pastry or a slice of pizza.. Service was friendly, though the attention to the drink means waiting a bit.“
“I recently visited Cedar Coffee. I can't stop thinking about the cardamom oat milk latte I had. It was so delicious! This is the best coffee in Spokane! The babka was also a wonderful treat I have not had elsewhere. Great environment! I love this cafe. I wish they served sandwiches & soups.“
“Love going here for my coffee and breakfast on my way to work. Always so friendly and fast when I come to visit. And I really enjoy trying their flavors of the month...and I really like that it gives a picture and says exactly what's in them.“
“most excellent crepes. berries crepe is soooo good...the cream dollop on top is super num. Coffee is very tasty. atmosphere is cozy..think they are trying for the community vibe so there are alot of shareable tables for introverts to practice getting out of their comfort zone, if that doesn't Suite you, there is outdoor seating with a view of a park. located in a friendly neighborhood that feels safe. staff has always been super friendly.“
“These guys know how to make an excellent latte let me tell you! My boyfriend and I find any excuse to go here on the weekends together because we are obsessed. The house latte is so delish every single time and the baristas are quick, friendly and know what they are doing. The atmosphere is so relaxing and chill as well.“
“It's a small place and you most likely will have to wait a little while but it's worth it. Everything they have is good. The potatoes they serve are not frozen. The service is as good as the food. You're not sitting there waiting and waiting for your food. They even make their own strawberry jam and syrup! Great place with great food!“
“Literally my favorite coffee shop! I come here practically everyday! The service, food, people, and mission of this place is incredible! Bring all of my friends here! 100% recommend! Special shoutout to all the girls who work there who are so incredibly kind! @ Valeria, Brittney, Bia, Hannah, Eden, Tiana, Savanah, Nikki, Maddi, Lydia and Cj! ❣️“
“Nice specialty coffee shop. Beautiful automatic pour over machines - amusing to behold! Had a natural Ethiopian and an Ethiopian-Colombian blend. Was ok, but no more than that. The cups lacked clarity and brightness for me, didn’t have enough character, felt somewhat generic and somewhat roasty - both had that kind of sunflower seeds taste layer kind of thing that felt like it’s a reflection of overroast. Nonetheless, there was some kind of aftertaste.Had a great Colombian cortado though! Next time I am here, I’d go straight for an espresso drink and maybe some bite.Nice vibe, comfortable armchairs!“
“My sister’s friend owns this place. I’m not a coffee drinker. I’ve been here twice this week and tried different drinks. I love the selection. The atmosphere is so cute. Customer service is great even when it’s busy. I would definitely go here before the chain places.“
“Kind, friendly, and welcoming staff who are always so ready with a smile and drink suggestions!! Absolutely love the decor, art for sale, and music. The take bulldog bucks, offer lots of great deals, and are a regular study spot for my friends and I. Come visit! :)Dietary restrictions: Milk alternatives don’t cost extra!“
“What a cool concept. I only stopped by the boba tea section because that's what I was in the mood for. I wasn't sure what to get and the person working said their chai is really good. I was skeptical, but love chai so was willing to try. Yes, she was right, it was one of the best, if not the best, I've had. Can't wait to go back, maybe I'll go to the tasting room next time.“
“My family and I just went to Ethiopia and we couldn’t get enough of the Ethiopian cuisine. My husband was adopted from Ethiopia, so we know authentic food when we taste it.This restaurant has such authentic Ethiopian food, it feels as if you’re in Africa.“
“Love the old brickwork inside. There’s a Variety of seating options: bar stool, couches, table & chair. The Big windows in front allow for lots of sunlight to come in. It’s a neat atmosphere with the large bean-roaster in the back. They have specials for you to save money too :)“
“Come here all the time to get a half sweet Logan latte and a hammy! Always delicious, the service is always friendly, and the atmosphere is great if you love to study/work while doing a bit of people watching. And if you like carbonated drinks, don’t forget to try the iced mint frizzy! Super unique, and very refreshing!Dietary restrictions: Has gluten free bakery options, as well as several milk alternativesParking: Small parking lot, can be a tight squeeze“
“Delicious food for breakfast and lunch and also good service. Enjoy coming here with family. Definitely recommend it.Dietary restrictions: They have oatmilk for coffee for lactose intolerant.Kid-friendliness: They have stuff that kids like to eat.“
“I continue to enjoy the consistency of product and culture for which Roast House is known. Their primary roasting facility on East Cleveland in Spokane is centrally located and my preference for whole bean purchase, but other outlets like My Fresh Basket are great go-to's after normal business hours.“
“Went in late on a Friday evening, bought a Carmel apple pie with the intention of bringing some home to share, and ended up eating the whole thing it was so dang good! Place is quiet and staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend! Much better than birdies pies, better price, better size and all around much better pie!!“
“This place is absolutely a gem. Perfect Chinese food. I used to work for a Cantonese Chinese restaurant and have high standards. This place HIT. This tastes like the traditional Chinese I became accustomed to.?The fried rice is by far the best I have had and everything is just perfect. I can’t say enough good things. Just go!??“
“Signature cocktails=bombBartender is hilarious, makes super yummy drinks and knows how to keep a place poppin. Bijou is a place I will definitely find my self coming back to especially for Monday night open MIC! Thanks for the great experience, love your niche <3“
“Visiting Spokane and like coffee? Can’t miss this coffee shop. Loved their blend so much, that I ended up buying their beans.Their Pesto Cheese Baguette is soooo gooood! Ask for the toasted version, it’s really toasted - no microwaving or pressed sandwich substitute.Vegetarian options: They have a pesto cheese baguette which worked for vegetarians in our group.“
“Less is more at Made with Love Bakery. The building is small, but cozy. The coffees and baked goods are flavorful but not too sweet. Their selection is limited but focused. Very friendly staff and in a charming neighborhood location. Give it a visit if you're in the area!“
“Best Dutch Bros staff anywhere of all the Dutch Bros I have ever been to. They are customer service rockstars. I have great respect and report with so many of your employees at this location. They always go above and beyond with an enthusiastic vibe. I look forward to meeting them in the morning before work. No matter how I show up.. I always leave happy and inspired for my work day. The drinks are consistently delicious and made the same way every time! Much appreciated… way to go team you really work together and with passion for coffee your company and community of whom you serve on the daily. Your under appreciated but know I see you all and thankYou all with great grace that you show up to work with an amazing attitude to serve with kindness and efficiency to every single customer.. love and Light,LindzayDietary restrictions: Ton of sugar-free optionsKid-friendliness: Kid choices that win“
“I manage the Carhartt store downtown. A customer and I were talking about how we love to support local and love mom and pop type places. She recommended this place to me so I went and got lunch there today! Turkey Pesto special WOW! In addition their shop has a wide selection of grab and go as well. I got to meet Cody and Danielle! They were awesome and super friendly. I’m glad I discovered the place“
“The coffee is excellent and so are the people serving it! Such a welcoming and friendly place. Try their Nettleton drink (caramel mocha) - it’s particularly delicious, whether served hot or iced!! We also love that they have the small round ice for iced drinks.“
“Love donut parade, owner is real nice and great with kids. Would recommend coming in periodically until you get a chance to meet him. Donut Parade is obviously his pride and joy, he accepts every kind of feedback and has secret intel on new things/old things making a comeback.“
“Always my go to place for coffee! One day I was in line & told Sienna to surprise me. Best drink ever and it’s now my go to order. Couldn’t ask for a better barista. She’s kind-hearted with a big smile and makes my drink phenomenal every time!“
“Just wanted to give Amanda a shoutout! Not only does my dog get super excited to see her, but so do I and my family. She is our absolute favorite! We go there often and when we don’t get her, it’s definitely a huge difference in customer service. She goes above and beyond, makes her drinks always so good, and you can tell she has a heart of gold!“
“It’s pricey but you get massive portions, and service is quite quick even though it was busy when we went. Our waiter, Ian, was very attentive and thoughtful. We brought our 20 month old and he was always checking in on us and making sure we had everything we need. They gage us an activity sheet with free crayons which we appreciated. When she dropped it, Ian picked it up and even asked us if she could have the floor crayon back before giving it to her. High attention to detail and high regard for the customers wants and needs. 10/10 would return.“
“I've never been here in person but we order espresso beans (Lofty Skies blend) monthly for our home espresso. They typically roast and ship our order within a day or less of placing it. When the beans get to us here in Texas they are about a week old or less and at optimal flavor. We love these beans! The flavor and quality is superior and they are very affordable compared to other roasteries. You've got a happy customer here!“
“This is the best coffee shop in town! I love supporting small local businesses especially when they go beyond your expectations! All their food is delicious and drinks are even better. I love getting to know all the baristas, and I love that they know my order when I pull up!“
“Visiting from out town and looking for good coffee nearby. Good ratings led me here. I mistakingly thought it had a dine in option because of the building in the photo. Normally I'm not a fan of drive thru coffee but I went for it. Service was great and so was the coffee. No donuts for sale though. I would come back and recommend them to others.“
“This is our favorite go to place for a quick delicious sandwich and a cup of coffee. The bread is so fresh and the service is always friendly. We eat there every week - sometimes the grinder and sometimes the french dip. Quality and service is always consistent and great. Looking for a great lunch -- there's more than coffee here, which by the way the selection of drinks is impressive.“
“Just a beautiful family friendly place to eat. You're treated like family and Mom just smiles when they bring her her oat meal. The best. She always prays they don't run out of her gf cinnamon rolls.Vegetarian options: Options for sureDietary restrictions: Options for sureKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“I admit. I chose this coffee shop because of the aesthetic (guilty). I just moved back to the area and have driven by but haven’t stopped in until now. Old dormitory building is owned by one person and they did a fantastic job with renovations. Atmosphere is inviting, serene, vibrant and quaint all in one. They had swing doors - jazz and other music playing over the speakers. Barista said the shop reminded her of Europe and I will have to agree with her. Food and drinks are good. My pistachio matcha and breakfast sandwich had plenty of flavor. I enjoyed my selections. They were better than most coffee shops I have been to. Would come again and order food and drinks. Highly recommend you stop in at least once. If I lived closer this would be in my top 3 frequently visited coffee shops.Great for studying, meeting friends or colleagues. Plenty of bar seating with the option to charge your devices. They have a handicap accessible ramp in the back of the building btw!Parking was my only frustration at first but people left shortly after I arrived and I got a parking spot. Parking is limited when it’s busy.Parking: There is a cute plant shop on the other side of the parking lotWheelchair accessibility: There is an easily accessible ramp on the back-side of the building. You can reach it via the parking lot. Difficult to find parking when it’s busy but it seems people rotate out fairly regularly.“
“All the ladies that work here are amazing. I found out about this stand when my favorite gal from a different stand started here. After my first visit almost two years ago, this is my main stand now. They haven’t raised their prices much, unlike all the other stands around here. Ladies keep up the great work!!“
“Oh my goodness, you won't believe the incredible experience I had at the coffee shop today! The barista was simply amazing - so friendly, chatty and knowledgeable about the menu. She recommended their famous chai tea and I couldn't resist. It was absolutely mind-blowing! But wait, there's more... she also let me in on a little secret that they're soon switching to a new brand. Imagine the possibilities! While I was already there, I decided to indulge in their Bean & Pie, loaded with fresh strawberries & rhubarb. And need I say more? It was pure heaven on my palate! @beanandpie @newlovecoffee_ 1102 W Summit Pkwy Unit 102 Spokane, WA 99201“
“This place gets five stars because of their MOCHAS. They are the best mochas you can get, because they are made of their own chocolates, and you can order milk, semi-sweet, or bittersweet! The bittersweet mocha has such good actually DARK chocolate flavor. As for their chocolates, they are good as well, but definitely a bit pricey. One thing I appreciate though is that their chocolate is soy-free! My husband can't have soy and almost all chocolate products contain soy lecitin. They use sunflower if I recall correctly.“
“Love it every time I come here. Nate is always here too (give him a day off jeeze) and he’s always so nice to help me and my girlfriend out and always remembers us. The atmosphere is always so welcoming and nothing but TOP tier service. Highly recommend the bacon potato quiche if they have it in as well always my go to.“
“My husband and I started going to the Kitty Cantina nearly a year ago, and we have loved it every single time. The food and drinks are amazing, the baristas and the owner are always so sweet and nice, the atmosphere is so positive and happy, we absolutely love it there. Not only that, but we love knowing that by visiting the Kitty Cantina, we are not only helping a small business, but we’re helping the cats too and supporting everyone who works there and makes it possible for so many cats and kittens to be adopted. We have also loved seeing all of the cats who found their furever homes, it makes us both so happy to see all of the Polaroids on the wall of every cat and their families. This is such an amazing business and I highly recommend supporting them.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options!“
“I've never been to a cocktail bar like this, and I can't wait to try it again. It's a unique space and quietly intimate. I liked how even though the place was small, the mixologist wasn't in our face and he paid attention to what he was doing, taking care with our orders. They have a nicely stocked bar with more options across the board than I would expect. But the reason this gem shines is because of their creative and delicious drink menu. I highly recommend trying it, especially if you enjoy trying drinks you can't get anywhere else that are made with quality ingredients and perfectly mixed flavors. Even if you aren't an adventurous drinker, I think you'll find something that will appeal (although I'm sure they can make a delicious version of your favorite drink). I write this because I'm super basic about the cocktails I like and rarely venture out of my comfort zone, until something sounds good. I don't like brandy, never heard of peacorn (peach and corn) syrup, but the Peacorn Sour called to me, and it was soooo worth it. I also tasted S's cocktail, though I've forgotten the name, and it had bourbon, which I don't like on its own at all, and I thought it was good. Not drink an entire one on my own good, but if I liked bourbon, this would be fantastic! good. (S confirmed the quality.) We'll be going back, and I'll look forward to whatever new delights they have to offer.“
“This is the best place to buy a greatLatte. Every time we get coffee they always fix something special. The young ladies are always so friendly & helpful, because every time we stop there we never know what to get either hot or cold drink!!“
“Very cool place! Several food and beverage places under one roof. I've had Peace Pie Pizza and the Black Label Brewing Company pilsner...loved them both. Boots Bakery and a coffee place are there, and I will be there soon for that. The crowd there is very friendly. Definitely a nice place to go with friends or by yourself.“
“I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Northside Espresso - Coffee is GOOD, the wonderful ladies remember my complicated drink every time - even when my kids drive thru for me, they still remember my drink! They are ALWAYS fun and kind, and I have never had to wait long - even when there is a line - they are quick and efficient. The owner is awesome - I have really enjoyed talking with her during my visits. I wish it was possible for them to stay open 24/7 - I would be visiting my favorite coffee spot for my 2am work drink if they were! So glad you are here!! <3 <3“
