“This is for the McDonald’s on Broadway and Sullivan. Idk if he is new seems like I have only seen him recently in the last month or two but his name is Blaine and he is very nice always so pleasant willing to go above and beyond and just actually seems happy to help you unlike some of the other employees that work there. I have 3 kids so I’m at McDonald’s a lot actually every Thursday we get take out and of course my kids always pick McDonald’s and I’m always happy when I seen Blaine bring out our food my 4 year old always asks him what his name is and he doesn’t just ignore him like most… he actually engages with him and makes him feel heard! Keep it up Blaine!“

“I’m still leaving a higher star review because I love this place and come at least 2-3 times a week!
But this past weekend on Sunday morning around 9-10 am, I had my friends visiting in town and we ordered breakfast here, I understand it can be annoying because putting together the breakfast takes more time. With that being said I was very understanding and apologetic, but even with this there was microwave door slamming and eye rolls while the food was being made. I would say maybe call ahead of time if you are ordering multiple sandwiches and breakfast items to try and avoid this. It was probably just a one-off situation but I figured it was worth taking note of.“

“I love going to this Wake Up Call, whether I'm walking up or driving up, the staff is always amazing! I typically go for the mermaid water Madhatter (that's what I'm holding in the picture), recently I decided to try the matcha tea and really love it. My kiddo loves the Italian sodas. Wheelchair accessibility: City of Spokane Valley or Starbucks did not complete the sidewalk or walkway. No problem if you come by car to the parking lot or come from the neighborhood to the south but extremely difficult for wheelchairs and support walkers if you come by city bus or the neighborhood to the north.“

“Have been going to this location quite a bit lately. Honestly, a lot of the wake up calls are a lot alike when it comes to atmosphere and services...they're all very friendly, polite and professional. There's been a few times we didn't quite have a drink orders figured out and they were very patient, I know how annoying that can be. Convenient location if you have to visit the VA or VES.“

“Wow I was so surprised to find such amazing, cooked to order, Ethiopian food in a mall food court but dang it was good! It’s not regular food court food, it’s made to order, hot and fresh. They even offered to give me half injera half fries if I wanted (but I wanted all the injera I could get) super friendly cook and just amazingly fresh and vibrant food. I had the siga tibs which is beef and peppers in a spicy sauce. Meat was tender and flavorful, sides were delicious. Again full restaurant quality food in a mall food court. (That’s why it lost a part of a star).“

“I love this coffee. I drank a ton of the signature blend at Ruby River Hotel while in Spokane for a work trip, and it was one of my favorite flavors of the trip! The hotel brewed it fresh all day long. I ordered a bunch from the website to be able to brew it at home. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely going to make time to stop by a cafe and stock up. “Had mutiple good experienceas with this location. Sometimes the drinks aren't as flavorful as others but the staff are very sweet. They tend to make sure lines go fast which is pretty cool. They also have a walk up for pedestrians which is pretty cool.“
