“We ordered the loco moco, ginger fried chicken, and kalua pork for dining in. Everything was great except the fried chicken which was way too sweet...tasted like candy. If they would reduce the amount of sugar in the marination and batter it would be perfect. But I woud be back again for sure!!!“

“The food is very good And they give you very good service but they are doing something very wrong with the employees. I have friends who work there and say that the tips left by customers are not given to the workers. If customers leave tips, they would have to make sure where the money they make with that money goes. They would have to talk to industrial labor so that they report that they do not want to give them that money. some do not speak for fear of losing their job but it is not fair what they do in that place with the workers“

The person who helped me was fast too — very efficient.

My only sad comment is that I went to their website and confirmed that this is their only location…. I live 30 mins away and was only in the area for errands and now I HAVE to go back here because of how *magnificent* what I ate yesterday was.

He also hooked me up, that was a hefty portion of food.

I’m not being dramatic when I say this puts some local chains to shame. Those places are so bland and stingy with the fish (isn’t the fish literally the point?) in comparison.

“This is one of my favorite poké spots. Short of making it myself, this is my go-to. Delicious, high quality fish with all the fixings you could ask for. The helping of fish is ample and consistent. “We cannot rant and rave about Buddha Bruddah enough! They catered our wedding and from start to finish they were the best caterers.

For every coordination step along the way, Drea was a consummate professional and extremely helpful. All of the information she provided was incredibly detailed, leaving minimal additional questions or concerns on my end. They were also really easy to work with regarding allergies, we had several people with different allergies and they worked with us to accommodate them. They used tamari instead of soy sauce for our guests with gluten allergies and even made my husband his own serving of mac salad with vegan mayo since he can't eat eggs (and he seldom justifies making it).

Their head bartender Maddie was also excellent to work with. She helped us craft excellent cocktails and made really pretty garnishes to accompany them!

At our wedding, Drea and her staff went above and beyond by beautifully incorporating our leftover flowers into their displays. They even brought some of their own decor to help complete our vision and make everything look put together. All of this was unprompted by us, Drea requested information about our style before our event and took it from there.

Finally, the food was fantastic! My guests keep telling me how amazing it was, they can't stop talking about it weeks later. It’s funny to say so little about what was, arguably, the biggest part of their service; but simply put, it was delicious.

First and foremost, the staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Their lunch rush occurs in the heart of the biggest corporate building in Seattle, and they always handle it with kindness and efficiency. I usually order the build-your-own bowl, and I can't recall a single time I've had issues with my order as they were making it. The portions are more than enough for a filling lunch. “I stopped in here on the way home from an appointment. It was delicious. I did like that they let you order the kids bowl that has less fish and around the same amount of toppings. I could’ve used a little more time to explore the toppings because I think I got one less that I was supposed to. Everything looks fresh and there’s more selection than you find at a regular poke place. There was also other food items to get if you weren’t feeling poke or wanted to make it a more well-rounded meal.“

“Just Poke is a chain of poke bowl fast food locations meant for order and go meals. Their menu isn't that large, but they have many ingredients where you can customize your bowl in many ways. This location is across the street from Olive 8 in the triangle right past 8th. It's very small with limited parking outside, so most people walk to it. There's no tables outside and inside there's seating for maybe 6 people total with a bench for waiting. It's very busy at lunch everyday, but ordering there will get you food faster than ordering pickup through something like DoorDash. Pricing is a bit high for the portion size compared to other poke chains but their quality is quite good. The service is fine, the employees here are really nice but there's only room behind the counter for maybe 3 workers so it's tough to keep up with all the lunch orders. Overall a good spot for lunch if your budget is a bit higher and you want quality over quantity.“

“I'm not sure why this place has so many low ratings! The Poke Bowls are a solid value and tasty. We've been getting them every so often since August and it's always been good fish and good toppings. The Sushi rice unfortunately does always seem to be quite overcooked and mushy and more of a blob than individual grains, so I'm holding off one star for that. Yet to remember to order white rice instead and see if the texture is better. I'm not motivated to swap neighborhood poke bowl restaurants, but I do wish the rice was less mushy. Spicy Salmon was pretty spicy but not overwhelming for me as someone who isn't super tolerant of spicy - probably a 1 or 2 on your typical 5-point spiciness scale.

Takeout is always very quick from time of order to pick up! The folks in the restaurant don't really say much but are friendly. That's ok with me. Restaurant has board games available but I've never seen anyone eating their meal sit-down.“
